I bough my car 5 months ago. I had an acident 6 days .. Someone hit me in the back right side . I dont want to have that car anymore. I know they will fixed but My car was new and I know it wont cost the same because it has been collided. Since it was not my fault is it possible to presure my insurance so they could get me another one or get a new one. Can they paid my car? Please Help?

Is it ok for a person to change their spouse to "help them grow up"? Is it ok for them to make them change their habits and friends because they were a "waste of time"? In a marriage such as that, would trying to work it out still be the right thing? How would you be able to work it out when the changes would still be there and the unhappiness with it? If anyone has seen some sort of book on this topic, that would be greatly appreciated as well. thank you.

Once someone has plead guilty how often does that person successfully change the plea vs how many times is this attempted? Can anyone provide plain numbers not subjective experience? Also what are the winning arguments for these plea changes? Any discussion of Rule 11 and post-conviction appeal is welcome.

Hi, i have one of those massive pimples on the tip of my nose that needs to go. I have been pretty brutal on it trying to squeeze but only tiny bits come out and im 100% postivie its going to bruise tomorrow (im stupid, i know... i was desperate) if i put toothpaste on it will it heal the pimple?

How many of you know your limit when it comes to alcohol? I'm asking because my husband doesn't and will drink until fall down drunk and he'll even let friends coherse him into drinking liquor when normally he's a beer drinker. I myself when i'm not pregnant keep my limit to 2 social drink once in awhile(like every 4 months) Do you know your limit and when to stop?

This subject is about my understanding vs. the Imam.

Prophet Muhammad SAW said "if you have a doubt or question about Islam, please refer to the Holy Qur'an and my Hadist".

I always learn to see something, referring to both of them.
That is why, i don't want to hear anything about the words from the Imam (following the mashab). I follow them only to guide my how to pray and do my duties. But for the relative understanding, I don't. (eg: the 1000 night (lailatl qadr), relation between muslim and kafir, etc)

My reason is, the matter of god, is between me and him. No imam will told me how to do, how will i interact with him. Because, I'm the one who take a burden of my mistake, not them (i don't want to depend on anybody).

So, is it wrong or not? anybody have the same opinion with me?

Yesterday i could not be bothered to cook so this resulted in going out for slap up meal (very nice too) and hence missed joying in RTV and not able to answer said important questions put up. I did mangae to watch X_Factor before going out on my self indulgant jolly!!

I'm having a struggle between this two cards because they are mid-range cards plus it is dx10, dont really care much for dx9 even there are some cards better than the two. the msi has a better clock speed and memory spped, but the 8600 gts is somewhat better because i've seen charts of comparisons and the 8600 gts beat the rx2600xt, but yet the rx2600xt is faster or not?

My car is a Corolla 2007 Sport. I feel bad and I want to get another one. It was not my fault it was the other driver fault. My insurance is been really nice. My Insurance is Mercury and they are going to fix my car again is been 5 months since I bought (New C ero Miles)it I dont wanted anymore because it wont be the same after they repair. I was thinking is there anyway in which my insurance can buy my car? I dont want my car back it was not my fault.

There are lots of references to slavery in the bible including detailed instructions of how slaves should be treated. Its clear that it was His will that we should be allowed slaves. Isn't the abolition of slavery in direct contradiction of Gods word?

How do we explain why christian nations, such as the USA and UK, have allowed this situation to arise?

My father passed he left a full warehouse storage he was renting and a semi trailer in a storage spot just the trailer. Also a vehicle and truck. What do I have to do to get to keep stuff so I can take it back to Canada or sell??? Please help me I appreciate any advice. I do not have very much money Iam on a limited income. My mom and brother are not going to be able to help so its up to me to dispose of the thing he left in California. He passed in California but he is actually a Canadian who just had stuff in California. Please help urgent....

I'm interested in making largish models (prototypes) on a tight (student) budget. If it is possible (there are always trade offs...) the material should be stronger (stiffer) than weaker (consider cardboard as the low end), and I want to be able to mark it, spray paint it, etc. Don't mind having to make it; but it shouldn't take too long to make (a week is entirely too long; remember, it's all about the prototyping!). In that vein, volume resolution doesn't need to be great. Any ideas? (if no one has ideas, I'll ask the engineering category)
