you can go to weather.com and enter the city. where you see the current conditions you will see a link ( or tab) to click to see average temps for the year. You can then click the option for avg precip, too.

you can go to accuweather.com. you go to that website and you type in the name of a city in the top bar and then when the forecast comes up you go up to the top bar where it says forecast you roll over it and then a list will come up and then you click on history and then typical weather.

http://www.weather.gov/climate/ then type in the city you want, then click on Preliminary Climatology Data (CF6) then again click on the city, then in the next box, click on the date, be sure to highlight archive data, then click on OK, a new box will appear with the information you want.
