I was the buyers agent on a single family home purchase. An agent in my office who knew my buyer, went to the buyer and had him cancel the purchase, then he rewrote it with the buyer's brother-leaving out all the important details of the home purchase-like the fact that both walls in the home were filled with black mold, the house is leaning on the one next door and doctored the appraisal to trick the lender into giving a higher loan-it was over a million dollar transaction! In the process I was cut out of the deal. Apparently it was legal and I have no recourse. I really, truly think that was a sneaky and very unethical thing for that agent to do. I want to get him back...any suggestions?

george bush lied to invade iraq, he admits it now. He passed the patriot act to bypass citizens constitutional rights. He lied about his desire to catch/kill bin laden. he wants to open our borders to illegal immigrants and he denies children healthcare. Doesn't that make him a two-faced lying criminal?
Also, if he IS guilty of all of the above... shouldn't he be tried for his crimes in a federal court of law?

Oh, and I don't wanna hear that 'bush is a hero' or 'your a liberal' or 'your a terrorist'. It doesn't phase me and it shows your lack of true opinion on the matter.

I am having a party on the weekend of oct. 27. I want at least 40 people to show, but it will be over 1,000 dollars for the cost of my party. I feel terrible for asking my parents to have the party in the first place, and I'm really trying to cut down on money and even find a way to rent out somewhere other than the Holiday Inn. I'm not being bratty either. I live in west chester PA and I cant think of anywhere to rent out thats not 500 dollars. I am super stressed, upset, and crying a lot because of this. Please, PLEASE help me! My parents are getting mad all the time about it which doesn't help at all.
