I heard that abortion could lead to cancer. I believe it was cervical cancer (could've been ovarian though). I'm not sure on this and I was just wondering. Can anyone tell me more? And give me some sites to look at for more info (such as studies that have been done).

can you be charged with statutory rape even if you did nothing wrong? how can they prove you did something even though you didn't, because only words have been passed saying that something happened so please give me some feedback and no it wasnt me, its happening to my brother inlaw

Do you think it is strange if your Second Grade teacher wants to do a Home Visit? We are very uncomfortable with the idea. The same teacher won't allow the children to do a Halloween party - or any parties.

He lies about everything. Nothing is ever his fault. Even if you see something in his handwritting; he didn't do it. I am at the end. I have never been the type of parent to deny that my kid could do wrong, and

His behavior is starting to cast a shadow on his younger siblings. Since it is a small school, they are starting to think that they are all rotten children. In a private school, they will only put up with so much before you are asked to leave.

Not even two months into a new school and he has already turned everyone in his class against him. Very manipulative, even had the principal fooled.

Unfortunately, dad is not in the picture and doesn't want to be anytime soon. Tried the public schools, he had them convinced that he was abused at home. After an investigation, they found nothing.

Had to go to family counseling, that was a waste of my money. Therapist to him to grow up and take responsibility for his actions.

I don't know how much more I can take.

I am being sued for a four year old cc debt from Capital One by a lawyer from Collect America. The original debt was 1900 and with interest it comes to around 3900. I have not responded to the summons yet. From a newspaper article online I found this about the subject.

Challenge the collector

Jarzombek goes one step further and recommends challenging the collector to prove that the defendant owes the debt. Often, he says, the collector will not have access to the original contract or details of the debt to prove his case and any response from the defendant will cause the debt buyer to walk away from the case.

"You can appear in court by filing a written answer with one sentence: 'I deny the plaintiff's claim,'" he said. "I tell them to show me a contract, to demonstrate that they have the authority to sue."

I took some video footage on my Canon camera (not a camcorder) of someone going up a climbing wall and I held my camera the wrong way round, eg portrait way and when I put the clips into Windows Media player they look as though they are crawling on the floor, any suggetions how I can rotate them?

wrong for me to request that people either thumbs up if they like it or just leave it alone if they don't? Since I asked shouldn't I be the only one thumb downing if I felt compelled to do so. The cable will pay out and the spare hangs on the T-bar that secures it to the car. I accessed the nut under the carpet and cranked it with the lug wrench. That extended the cable under the vehicle about 2 feet but did not lower the spare more than a few inches.The spare hangs down about 5 inches but it won't slide down the cable any farther. The cable is payed out about 2 feet beyond the T-bar. I can retract and pay out the cable but the T-bar will not slide down the cable any farther. There isn't enough slack to turn the T-bar and slide it through the spare. I have yanked on it as hard as I can. help!
