and can you also describe its features. MY PC is dell inspiron 531. Currently i have a integrated graphics card. And is it hard to install a grpahics card.

With a 300watt PSU I would wait to upgrade the video card until you can upgrade the PSU as well. Althou some cards will run with 300watt PSUs they also require at least 18amps on the +12V rails which most 300watt PSUs simply dont have.
Forget about the 1000 series ATI and 6000 and 7000 series Nvidia cards people are suggesting because you have Vista which has DirectX 10 and putting a DX9 video card in a Vista rig is simply dumb!

Hi. It may not be possible. Most cards need an expansion slot (AGP or PCI type) and very few laptops have them.

I would go with an nVidia GeForce 6880. Pci-Express, 512MB, and it can run with a 300W ps but you won't be able to upgrade anything else

I would also upgrade your Power supply as well!

i`m not sure that your motherboard supports pci-express,I think agp is the solution for you.try ati radeon 9250(agp asus chipset 128mb) or if you want pci-express try ati radeon x1600 or x2600 or ax850 it works great for me...
