Parole Evidence rule applies to whether non-written or extraneous (beyond the four corners of the document) evidence can be admitted for interpretation purposes -- does that sound like it applies?

As to the two acts (c and d) what do they say -- have you checked Wikipedia or FindLaw (if they are federal laws)? Or are they in your textbook?

Once you have determined those three, if it's not one of the above, then it would have to be B -- but is a "right of warranty" something that could be considered a "law requiring..."
