Some one told me that if you commit a crime in one state and then flee to Wisconsin, nothing will happen to you. You can murder someone in Florida and then move to Wisconsin, and they cannot extradite you back to Florida... Is this true? And what the heck does sovereign state mean anyway? There is nothing on the net about WI being sovereign. Does that term even apply to the USA?

hi there. My friend and I want to start our own invitation, birthday, birth annoucements, graduations..etc card business. I'm intrigued to know what scorpios are thinking when you are staring/gazing at someone? There is a large body of information and confirming statements about the intensity of the scorp gaze and that you can see into people's psyches, but what are you actually thinking and what are you actually looking for when you stare?

I notice that scorp's stare/look at everyone (in general). Personally I find this habit very time consuming. I've tried it, and I usually get distracted from my current activity and it takes me time to refocus.

I'm wondering how the staring affects/enhances you as a person?
I.e. Are you staring because you are attracted to someone, or are you sizing the person up to see if they are 'strong-willed' enough to meet your gaze and stare back, are you looking for the person's vulnerabilities? Importantly, do you look at everyone the same- or do you have a certain "special" look for reserved from some people?

I settled with an education loan that went into default a couple of years ago and the during the settlement the education loan company sent a "settlement agreement" or a contract to sign stating what was agreed upon. Well, I recently paid the settlement back in august and it's october and they haven't changed the balance on my credit report to honor the settlement agreement. I talk to them and they stated that they would need 120 days to update the information on my credit report. I've since reported them to the BBB because of this conflict. Does anyone have any further advice to give? It would be greatly appreciated!!!!!

It seems to me that the overwhelming advice of Yahoo! Answers participants in dealing with house fleas is to use poison foggers or bombs to get rid of the fleas.... but what are the risks of exposing people to such poisons? Should I be concerned that there's poisons on my tables, appliances, etc?

I have bad gas issues. all day, every day. I have accidently let it out twice while sleeping when my boyfriend stayed over. Lately, i've been sooo afraid of having it slip that I do not let him sleep over. Last time after we made love, we rested a bit and I said baby, you have to go. he was like I HAVE to go? I made an excuse about getting up early. He didn' like it but left. I felt bad, but what can I do? I know flatulence is normal but that doesn't mean it's ok to break wind in front of people! any suggestions?

Does your dog watch tv with you?
Is he attracted to a specific show?
When dogs watch other dogs on tv it does not really mean he is attracted to the dog because well its just another dog but he's more attracted to the movement.

My husband of 20 years has been going to a strip club for a year already. I asked him to stop even said if u go again I'll leave u and he promise I'll stop but he's still going. The bad part is last year I caught him on the phone with a striper.I know cause I checked his phone bill. He was tolking to at lease 3 20 year old strippers. He's 46. He called them almost every day.
When I found out he said that he would stop talking to them. What do I do. He only goes 1 day of the week for at least 3-4 Hrs. He's home with me the rest of the day's. I's it cheating or just a man just relaxing and drinking beer with his buddy? Searious questions only please.

well today i went to visit my mother. my little one didn't move in awhile,so i got nervous, and started playing with my belly a little to see if i could get him going. my mother seen this,and told me "you better hope you don't do that at the wrong time and mess up his development" and she continued to go on and on and made it seem like i could deform my baby.
so i just took a shower and laid on the sofa to watch some t.v, about a half hour after i poked my belly, he started moving and he can make my belly jump,and my mother was like well i hope your happy,
and has made me feel like i hurt him.

does this really hurt the baby? i wasn't doing it hard at all..
but if she is right about this i would like to know.
