Two months ago i saw a nurse from a "Mental Health Service" facility, where i was told to go by a doctor for self injury. The nurse asked me questions, such as how often do i self harm (only if i was really upset), do i eat right (sometimes), if i had ever tried to commit suicide (thought about it), ect. He told me he was going to contact a college of his -a psychiatrist- and that he would contact me back.
However, since that day something bad happened and i've resorted to self injuring every day even discovering new ways to do, i tried to kill myself twice and am now convinced that i'm fat after certain comments and have reduced eating... The counsellor i've been seeing -who is on holiday at the moment- hasn't really done anything to help me and there's been no word from the Health Service.
What should i do? Should i contact them and tell them what i've been doing or just wait longer for a reply? Please help, i'm scared i'm starting to get out of control! (I've just turned 16.)

Please don't submit second-hand stories, urban legends, or "Darwin awards"--only documented deaths.

I know, this is morbid. Indulge me. Besides, you know you want to read the answers.

I have a 2004 Mazda 3 with a factory 6-disc changer. There is a CD stuck inside the changer, it wont even try to spit it out and I can't hear the motor trying either. I've tried taking out the radio fuse to reset but that didn't work. I tried using tweezers, but the slot is so narrow that the smallest tweezers automatically close up as soon as you slide it in the slot (meaning I can't get a grip on the CD - I can just lift up and push down on the CD a little). I have a really long & thin nail file that I've been sliding around in there, trying to get it out but nothing happens and it gets frustrating after hours of fidgeting. I have no idea of how to take it apart and I don't want to damage anything, how do I remove the CD without having to take it to the dealership? The warranty has expired, and I know it will cost big $$. Is there some kind of tool that I could get a grip on the CD with? All the tweezers I see in the stores are too big and they won't fit properly.

there have been two instances where a player has been all three stars of the game. Maurice "Rocket" Richard, who scored five goals in a game, and Wayne Gretzky who, well, you know.
Yesterday, sundin broke maple lefs franchise records in goals scored and points scored, and thus was given all three stars of the game.
my question is does sundin really deserve to be in the "three stars" group? does he really play on the same level as gretzky and richard did? gretzky holds almost every offensive record IN THE LEAGUE. richard set offensive records FOR THE LEAGUE. sundin set two offensive records FOR HIS TEAM. does he really compare?
please understand, i'm not trying to bash sundin. i have alot of respect for what he did, i just don't think he deserved all three stars like gretzky and richard.

Who deserves government-subsidized health insurance?

What if I told you I drove these three cars
A Volvo SUV…

A GMC Suburban…

And a nice, big Ford F250 Pickup work truck…

And what if I told you, further, that I owned a large home and commercial property worth at least $400,000 in total–property for which I paid a total of $215,000?

And what if I told you, in addition, that I was resourceful enough to cobble together financing (through scholarships and other means) for private school education for four children?

And what if I told you that neither I nor my spouse were employed full-time–one of us working “intermittently” and the other “part-time”?

Would you consider my family “exactly the kind” and “precisely the type” of family that should benefit from S-CHIP, the government-subsidized health insurance program intended for the “working poor?”

Or will they be honest and say its all about giving everyone free healthcare not just "for the children"
