Okay, feel free to laugh because it is kind of funny but it is very puzzling behavior. I have been coming home over my lunch break and doing Pilates for about two years. Every time I do, Molly, my cat getting extremely irritated and will bite, kick and lunge at me. Sometimes she is just playing around but most of the time she looks really upset and I usually just put her downstairs until I am finished. Molly is an extremely mellow cat otherwise and I am her favorite human in the house. She hardly ever makes a sound and I have two daughters that play with her all the time and she never seems phased by them and she is a happy sociable cat - why does Pilates stir up such anger in my kitty?

My cat follows me everywhere. She sleeps like a human (lays her little head on pillow) She talks to me all the time, constantly. Always licks my hair... meows and meows at me until I 'meow' back at her, and when I meow back at her, she responds back.

today in class, we played a game to review for a quiz and at the end of the period the teacher asked who wanted to take the test tomorrow. she explained that if we took the test on friday, then tomorrow we would sit all period and do a bunch of boring review worksheets. but if we take it tomorrow, we could play a game on friday. so nearly everyone in the class raised their hand indicating that they were ready to take the test (including myself). so now we're taking the test tomorrow. the problem is, my friend is one of the people who did not raise their hand. she came over tonight and we tried to study but she got extremely frustrated that she couldnt get anything and also at out teacher. it was completely unfair for the teacher to determine whether or not we should take a quiz off of how many people were ready for it. and so my friend is afraid that she's going to fail it....

My doctor prescribed me Ativan yesterday after I had a fainting spell that he attributed to stress/anxiety. I asked him for a non habiting forming drug because I have a history of addiction. After looking it up online, I've found that this drug is habit forming, but I can't seem to find exactly what the drug is. I'm only taking 0.5mg as needed. Can it still be habit forming in such a low dose? What family of drugs is Ativan in or what drugs are similar to it?

I am a member of a newly organized Veteran's Society at a University. We are trying to plan an event for Veteran's Day 2007. We do not have University funding at the moment. I have been watching my diet very closely lately, and have found out that the vast majority of my calories come from carbohydrates. I have been able to bring it down from about 63% of my total calories to about 45%. Do think it's normal for a person to consume more carbs than fats or proteins? Do you think my fight against too many carbs is good since I am trying to lose fat and gain muscle?
