You didn't say how old you are but most require 8 hrs each nite, To reset your sleep time stay up one night and go to bed 8 hrs before you wish to get up. (Allow an hour to fall asleep.) If needed use an alarm clock, two nites or so will reset your sleep.

Your circadian rhythm is disrupted. Do what you want but I suggest you advance your internal clock by doing the following: Stay awake until 8 AM for 2-3 days and try to get up at 5 PM. Then stay awake till 9 AM and get up at 6 PM follow that pattern until you are going to be at a normal hour and wake up at a normal hour.

You need to go to sleep. Stop worrying or wondering or whatever you are doing to keep you from falling asleep. You need your sleep in order to function properly. Go night sleep tight.

try to practice relaxation techniques, lots of it, once you go to bed and close eyes, try to count numbers from 100 down to 1, other one also is breath in breath out. try it and good nite and sleep tight.
