Ok Here is my situation, I rent a 2 bedroom apartment from my landlord, money was tight about 10 months ago so i decided to rent my other bedroom, and now have had a roommate for about 10 months now. She is scheduled to move out on 11/30/07. I have recently found out she has stolen an EZ pass out of my kitchen drawer and has been using it. I know i will have to take her to court to get my money back, but my questions is DOES THIS VOID her LEASE?? I do not want someone living in my house when she has stolen from me. I know it is only 2 months left but god only know what else she may take b4 she leaves. If it is possible to get her out, i'd like to know what process I would have to go thru to get her out legally. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I live with 3 guys, our neighbors (who we are friends with) let us use their laundry machines to do wash, we have the same landlord and are given $300 for utilities (g, w, e) if you go over the 300 you have to pay the difference, the total amount of girls living there are 5, the utility bill came in for the month of september, and the girls were over $266 (207 g, 197 w, 162 e), while we didn't go over, the girls want us to cover at least half of the overage for us doing only 14 loads of wash there...they run an A/C window unit all the time (at around 63 degrees), and have a gas water heater, after talking to my roommates we never put the temperature of the water in the washer over warm...one way of helping the girls would be to max out our utility bill to 300 for the month of sept. though we did not go over...if we did this the girls want us to still split the remainder between the 9 of us...i feel like i am getting scammed in a way...any suggestions?

I am uncertain whether one is allowed to have repeated elements of a sequence An in a subsequence Bn. If for instance the first few terms of An are:

An = 0, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7...

Is this a possible subsequence:

Bn= 0, 0, 0, 0, 0, 1, 1, 2...

I know elements have to stay ordered, but I am not certain of whether they may be used more than once consecutively. I ask this because as a challenge we were asked to find a sequence from which one could find subseqences that would converge to a) Every rational and b) Every irrational. If repeated elements are allowed then the question could be very simply answered, if not then it is more difficult.

I'd like to study a particular topic that spans all sorts of disciplines: philosophy (pre-Socratics, Plato, Aristotle), religion, anthropology, psychology (Jung), literature, history (especially of Western intellectual thought).

Yet, is it possible to have an in-depth study of these particular areas in classes focused on these topics instead of vague survey theme-directed courses that briefly touch on the topics from an oblique bias and have it all fit together in a degree program?

I'm not a "lifelong learner", I have serious scholarly ambitions, and in surveying various grad programs in liberal arts, humanities, and interdisciplinary studies I have thus far not encountered any which are capable of or even adequate as far as meeting my needs. Have I overlooked anything?

Since the Patriots have gotten away with their cheating and the evidence has been destroyed. If other NFL teams do the same thing. What will happen to them? Win a championship? WOW! An NFL championship for less than 1 Million. What city wouldn't pay that. Change it from NFL to NCL (Nation Cheaters League). Professional sports has become "reward the cheaters league" just to win.

Both believe in miracles. Fundamentalists believe Jesus walked on water. Atheists believe you get Shakespeare, Michelangelo, and Mozart from a lightning strike on inanimate matter.

Both believe in predestination. Fundamentalists believe God predetermines who will go to heaven and who will go to hell. Atheists believe that heredity predetermines whether you will be sexually faithful in marriage or perform sex on a succession of same-sex strangers.

Both accept dogmas by blind faith. Fundamentalists believe God created the universe out of nothing. Atheists believe that rocks assembled themselves into living cells full of complex microscopic machine, with metabolism and reproduction directed by libraries of information in DNA.

I believe people should refuse to go steady until they're well into their twenties . I've always thought trying out different dating partners is a good relationship choice . Being single isn't about going steady . You can't find the right person when you're going steady with the wrong one .
