If you only want positive opinions of names, regardless of what people actually think of them ... why bother posting them at all? I'm curious.

I received a message from kittykrazii22 saying I was horribly rude and must have children with hideous names! What?! LOL And of course, I cannot even see the names or comments in question! I try to be sure my thoughts come across in a clear, helpful manner -- no matter how terrible I might (secretly) think a name LOL -- and as tactfully as possible. If something is too popular or trendy for my taste, I'll simply say so. If it's misspelled (especially in the case of a unisex name), I'll point out that there's no need to do that, and to simply use the name you love regardless of traditional gender. If it's an unusual but real name, I'll commend the parents for having their own style, whether it's MY style or not. So really, what about that is so rude it would warrant a personal attack?

So I ask: if you only want smiles and nods, why post?!

We are building a maze for Halloween in our backyard. We've decided to use painter's plastic sheeting as walls since it's only temporary, but tall. But we are having trouble coming up with a suitable way to support them. We originally thought anchoring pvc pipes into the lawn and taping them to the sheeting would work, but it has turned out to be unsuccessful and costly. Any ideas? Some kind of tall stakes? They need to be at least 6ft tall in ground and cost effective. Help!! Thanks!

I have been trying hard for the past year and a half to get my 5 year old to take a shower by herself. She is always leaving shampoo or conditioner in her hair when she gets out....thats the main problem, she will spend forever in the shower and does a bad job washing her hair. I am always telling her not to take so long either because she messes around in there. So I am always watching and making sure she does it right. Half the time I have to wash her hair the right way. Because of the problems Im needing to know if I am expecting too much out of my 5 year old or shoud she be able to do this right every time.

be raced, I don't care if it takes 2 days, if it rains they finish the race the next day, Or make sure all the chase races have lights, or something, This is the championship!!!!!, Today's race at Kansas was really really bogus!! Greg Biffle would have ran out of gas, (he did run out of gas) Jimmie Johnson had the car to beat! (would have probably pased Bowyer) , both Clint Bowyer and Jimmie Johnson are going for the championship. Don't you think Nascar really needs do some changes, because today's race was just ridulous!

I was going to buy the Kenmore calypso elite but have read the reviews and realized it's a terrible machine. Pretty but useless. I'm wondering what else to consider for a long life and good service in washer and dryer. Thanks.

My question is brought up because they're are so many couples living together today. I am 47 and have been married going on 17 years. My personal feeling is that I never wanted to live with a woman because to me there is not a full commitment.. I have always felt the you have one foot in and one foot out the door! ive been trying to sell my 3000 sq. ft. home for over 1 year, its in a well known, community with very few homes, and the negiborhood is lighted, paved sidewalks and all the works. its in south carolina. is there anyway a company can buy it, or anyway of selling it quick. im not droppin my asking price of 255,000 by much, seeings how it started at an asking of 320,000. please help, i need to get it sold quickly.
