I have it every morning for breakfast...just wondering lol

My father ate it everyday and he lived to be 93 years old. He put wheat germ on top of it.

Oatmeal is GREAT! Probably the best breakfast you could have!!! Stick to oatmeal, stay away from cereal, cinnamon rolls, etc. Also, you may want to try this: Blue berries with uncoiled oatmeal & some nuts Super healthy! Blueberries are a super food! My moms favourite breakfast!

Only if you are a diabetic and eating a large serving topped with butter and sugar. There are lots of carbs in it. (My mother in law is diabetic and could live on oatmeal.)

It depends if you are adding sugar and butter. No matter what, oatmeal lowers your cholesterol.

Just the opposite. It's supposed to be good for you to eat it every day. It helps prevent heart disease by lowering cholesterol, and helps prevent colon cancer.
