my top 3 would have to be the Christmas episode where they have to drink 100 yr old eggnog,when they had to drink an ostrich egg and one really stupid time when models were on and all they had to do was put their head in this box with flies and strawberries hanging from hooks and eat the strawberries. some of them even came out and were like" OMG i just ate a fly!"

The show they did in Vagas...the blonde at the craps table having to eat that huge brown spider...eeewww, and there are several more but that one just stands out the most.

My family and I occasionaly eat balut. It's really delicious if you cook it right and add some leaves and a pinch of salt. The contestants on the show were gagging and barfing. Pffft!

When they had to stick their face in a bucket of leaches and then pass them to their partner through a hold in the was mouth to mouth! I was gagging, It was disgusting!

When they were eating spaghetti and meatballs and the meatballs were coagulated beef blood balls and if I remember correctly, the spaghetti was earthworms!
