After 2 minutes of google research I have come to the conclusion that some people seem to think that many people with Christian bumper stickers are not very good at parking their cars.

I gave him an answer, here it is: "Jesus Parking" is a slang term meaning that when a person is parking his or her car, that they leave the better spaces closer to the front door of the business, to other people. It is a play on the slogan"What would Jesus do."
