skivies? He said he just wanted a pair so that when im not around he has something that's mine. Is this normal. He's the only man ive slept with and i dont going whoring around....so dont assume he's just a player and im just looking for some action. We've been together for almost 9 months. We've never cheated on each other or cheated on anybody we've been with before. Honestly he's a really genuine guy to me and i love him dearly. I am 18 and my baby is due in december, i have insurance through my mom's work that covers 80% so my actual hospital bill will be about $2,000 plus more, but i cant pay it, i dont work and my boyfriend cant affoard it either, and my mom definetly cant. so living at home with me, my boyfriend and my mom, am i eligable in the state of kentucky for a plan that picks up the rest? kindof like a back pay thing i guess... i really need help and living with a parent i dont think passport will cover it. is there ANYTHING i can do, or am i going to be in debt with bills when im only 18, i dont have a job and i cant get one, who would hire a big pregnant girl? please help. :(

WASHINGTON, Sept 27 (Reuters) - With the U.S. government fast approaching its current $8.965 trillion credit limit, the Senate on Thursday gave final congressional approval of an $850 billion increase in U.S. borrowing authority.

The Senate voted 53-42 to raise the debt ceiling to $9.815 trillion, the fifth increase in the U.S. credit limit since President George W. Bush took office in January 2001. The U.S. House of Representatives approved the higher debt limit earlier this year as part of the overall budget resolution and the legislation now goes to Bush for his signature.


"We have no choice but to approve it. If we fail to raise the debt ceiling soon, the U.S. Treasury will default for the first time in its history," said Senate Finance Committee Chairman Max Baucus.

U.S. debt stood at about $5.6 trillion at the start of Bush's presidency.

And Conservatives talk about ECONOMIC STRENGTH under Bush?????????
