i am soo clueless i am new at this, plz explain step by step , what to click

One easy way:
1. Select all
2. Copy
3. Open new file
4. Make the background of new file how you want it to be
5. Paste
Tah dah...

Here are some instructions (if you don't know how to do these things, you can look under Help and it will teach you):
Create a new layer
Change the layer order, so the layer you just created is underneath your image
Copy and paste the background (or paint it) on the new layer

The best explanation for this will use photos, it's going to be hard to follow text-only steps. I did a few searches and hope the following will help you. If you have time, do some reading about layers - they are key to really understanding how/why this works.

you have to crop out an image, copy it, and place it behind on top of the background
