Oh, he existed all precise... He grow to be an extremely genuine historic parent. He did have some solid innovations of ways human beings ought to stay in peace and raised quite a following which fearful the jewish government because of the fact when you consider that they have been waiting for some style of warrior messiah, they theory consistent with possibility this may well be him and can create a conflict between them and rome, and the romans might have sqashed them in a 2d... so that they had him accused of blasphemy even while he did not declare to be something different than a guy with an inspiring outlook to develop your existence (Are you the son of god?? it is you that announces that, not I...), ... so as that they killed him. This nevertheless happens at present with lots of people who dare talk against the equipment to develop lives and supply guy a large gamble to think of: Luther King, Ghandi, Lennon... Does thta recommend they're each and every of the god incarnate or the son of the god? No. It does not. Jesus grow to be basically alive at a time the place human beings incredibly mandatory a godly parent to maintain on with,so... something is background.

"Don't need proof for what is real"??? How do you know something is real without proof? How do you even think it might be real with no evidence that seems at all reasonable? I do not consider a book that's some 2,000 years old and not been updated in any meaningful way to be evidence. At most, it might be evidence (although not very convincing) that he was real a very long time ago. It's certainly not enough to convince me that he's alive 2,000 years later.

Faith is belief in the absence of evidence, or even in the face of evidence to the contrary. In what other area of your life would you accept such a standard of belief? Would you believe Johnny Depp was my lover if I told you so? I'd like to believe that, but I have no evidence he is even aware of my existence. Still, such a statement would be at least theoretically possible, whereas a man who allegedly lived 2,000 years ago being alive today, even though no one can see him, strains credulity beyond the limits.

You don't need proof for what is real? Are you kidding? Faith -- belief without evidence, or despite evidence to the contrary -- proves that what's believed in is not real. Real things don't require faith. Real things have evidence, proof.

There are no gods, no demons, no devils. They were all created by ignorant humans. We know better now. Well, at least some of us do. Apparently some people prefer fantasy to reality.

Jesus is not real. He's a fictional character. Have the intellectual honesty to learn the history of the religion that you profess to believe in.

Did a historical Jesus exist?
http://www.nobeliefs.com/exist.htm

ALL CLAIMS OF JESUS DERIVE FROM HEARSAY ACCOUNTS

No one has the slightest physical evidence to support a historical Jesus; no artifacts, dwelling, works of carpentry, or self-written manuscripts. All claims about Jesus derive from writings of other people. There occurs no contemporary Roman record that shows Pontius Pilate executing a man named Jesus. Devastating to historians, there occurs not a single contemporary writing that mentions Jesus. All documents about Jesus got written well after the life of the alleged Jesus from either: unknown authors, people who had never met an earthly Jesus, or from fraudulent, mythical or allegorical writings. Although one can argue that many of these writings come from fraud or interpolations, I will use the information and dates to show that even if these sources did not come from interpolations, they could still not serve as reliable evidence for a historical Jesus, simply because all sources derive from hearsay accounts.

Hearsay means information derived from other people rather than on a witness' own knowledge.

Courts of law do not generally allow hearsay as testimony, and nor does honest modern scholarship. Hearsay provides no proof or good evidence, and therefore, we should dismiss it.

Do you realize that your statements make the same degree of sense no matter what names you sustitute in for "Jesus," "God,' and "Satan?"

I tried it using the names "Hillary,"Obama," and "Dubya" and it made the same amount of sense and was just as convincing.

Try losing the counterfactual arguments and constructing a rational argument which has appeal to the intellect.

You know, I don't have any problem with you believing that. But why proseletyze? I know what's out there, I'll believe what I choose to believe, and I dont' need anybody cramming the bible down my throat and trying to scare me with "hell" and "satan." Sorry, but nonbelievers are nonbelievers for a reason, you believe for a reason, so just let it be! Jesus said "spread the word," he didn't say cram it down everybody's throat whether they want to listen or not.

There is an old saying that the non-believer that asks for proof will never accept ay proof given, but to the Believer proof is all around. Those that harden their hearts to the truth take unto themselves the damnation for believing a lie. The biggest lie ever told is that Jesus is not real. If people willingly reject Jesus He will reject them when the time comes for them to seek entrance into the Kingdom of Heaven.

what makes you think your religion is better than any other religion? i'm not saying you're wrong in your beliefs but you believe in God and are devout in your religion because that's what you have been taught most likely all your life. If you had been born into say a jewish family you would be jewish, if you were born into a muslim family you would be muslim. instead of arguing over which is right, why not use your religion for some good? what do you do to help those less fortunate? maybe instead of freaking out on people trying to get them to believe what you believe you should try to do some good for human kind during your time here on earth.
and by the way you're the kind of crazy religious people who push people away from religion in general. perhaps a less in your face "i'm right and you're wrong and going to hell" approach might work better.

Lack of anything to see!
Many of us don't find a 2000 year old book something to live our lives by. If I am a good person my whole life but don't believe in Jesus will he send me to hell? If so them I don't like him anyways. Clearly you have no idea how big the world is and how many different beliefs exist. To sit around and say you are right and everyone else goes to hell is egotistical nonsense and billions of us choose not to think that way!

How can we see that Jesus is real? Because there is a world out there that some people think God created? Jesus doesn't speak to us. He doesn't show himself. He lets bad things happen to innocent people and bad people get away with doing bad things. I grew up going to church but left it 12years ago. I never had any true evidence that Jesus exists. People can not just decide to believe. I have tried to start believing again, but it just doesn't work that way.

Actually, real is defined by humans as what has proof and what does not.

This is one reason why I no longer take religious claims seriously:

Each speck of light is a galaxy. This represents 1.5% of the known universe. Earth is too small to be visible.

In a 14 billion year old universe that is right at our fingertips, yet complex beyond ancient reasoning, I find the notion of "faith" or of deities with human traits positively laughable. Evidence is the only way to prove if a deity exists. Why don't you accept Zeus as a savior?
