I'm 50 years old, have no bills, no debts. I have a good nest egg where I can quit work today and live off the interest. I work today because I need the health care.

But if Hillary gives us free health care, I would no longer have to work and pay taxes. I could live at home, and have you pay my health care. This would remove the shackles of work for me, and I would life off of your generosity.

Not having to work would also give me more time to go to the doctor to get those little things taken care of, that are too expensive for me now.

The more I think about it, the more I like other people paying for my health care.

Am I wrong, or do you plan to quit work when you get guaranteed free health care?

The resturant needs to be sort of fancy, but not too much, and it can't be a steakhouse, because somebody in our group is a vegetarian. Basically, no fast food.

im going to an internship Barcelona, i speak a bit of spanish (more than just survival spanish), im worried that i wont be able to make any new friends as i wont be mixing particuarlly with people my age (like i would have at university) . over the past year or so putin's russia has increased military spending dramatically (i don't think its at US or UK levels yet (see wikipedia defence budgets - i don't know how accurate they are)). but is russia really in any positon to start projecting any kind of power with such outdated equipment and years of underinvestment. also what are Russia’s aims as they already control most of Europe’s energy. in my opinion its just nostalgic sabre rattling. Also, what will Russian power be like in 10-20 years.

Hi. Have surround sound system with CD/big screen/2 receivers for zone 1 & zone & digital cable box hooked up to system. Had previous DVD working but purchased a new DVD and now using same cable cords etc. get video fine but no audio. Currently using VIDEO OUT jack on DVD and ANALOG AUDIO OUT L/R in white/red cables with DVD. Please help! Thanks!

According to Columbia University, the Iranian President and Hitler would both be welcome to speak at their institution, but not an American who is critical of the current crisis in illegal immigration. What would happen to a Columbia student who protested the university's stance? Would he be arrested, expelled, assaulted by faculty and fellow students alike? What gives Columbia the right to be selective about who enjoys First Amendment protection? It certainly isn't the Constitution or the law of the land. I've placed this question in the "politics" section because Columbia's position is strictly political in nature, but it could have gone in the Law and Ethics section because Columbia is violating both the Constitution and the rules of ethical behavior. Universities in the western world were once institutions of learning, but are now nothing more than propaganda mills, replenishing the left and making a mockery of the term "higher education".

That's a lot of people, hot dogs, beers, hats and everything else the average fan buys. I'm sure the Giants still made a ton of money this season. It would be fiscally smart to bring back Bonds for one more season next year even at a discounted rate of around 10 million, because, the Giants will still pack em in. As Bonds is like 65 hits short of 3,000 and 4 RBI's short of 2,000. It makes sense to keep him around one more season for this milestones. He is a cash cow for the Giants. He is their marquis name. Even with the steroid controversy, Bonds still makes tons of money for the Giants.

should we take the billions that will be spent on that and put it towards converting homes to solar instead?. It would take 1
billion dollars to convert 40,000 homes to solar, so for the 3 billion it takes to build a nuke reactor you could convert 120,000 homes or twice that if you offered to pay for half and the homeowner paid the other half with low cost loans, and there'd be no waste disposal problems afterwards and no chance of "accident". Would this be a more logical way to go?.
