I just got a winchester 70 30-06 and people have been telling me just shooting it straight about 50 times will do it. Others say use over time. Then this old timer I met said to shoot it once and clean the barrel with solvent, repeat 10- 15 times. I would appreciate any feedback.

My hubby and I are considering a move to Denver. We now live in an upper-middle class suburb in northern california. What are the best areas to raise a family in Denver? Greenwood Village was our first thought, but there aren't many kids. We would prefer a neighborhood with lots of little ones, (ours is 2) no crime, and good schools nearby. I would prefer something farther from downtown, so we don't have to deal with the noise and traffic. Thanks!

My internet connection is working fine i go onto aim all the time. But my internet explorer or mozilla firefox is not working. Ok, so I live in Denver, CO and the girls and I were all thinking about having a "girls weekend". We were thinking of going some where not too far (meaning nothing longer then maybe a 5 hour drive) for a spa days, party palooza nights type weekend. Any suggestions seriously people! I need places! Not perky little comments telling me anywhere, just remember to have fun...We dont want to fly really trying to keep it under a couple hundred a piece. there's going to be 4 of us. my sister lives in south dakota and recently was to sell a house she owns. Her and her hubby signed papers for the house to sell at 80,000, and the first day it was sold, to an employee of the agency selling the house no less.
Well i believe as well as others the the house value far exceeds 80,000 and she got scammed by the realtor, this happened monday and tuesday they signed the papers to agree to the 80,000 offer, which my sister claims they had to accept being that 80 was the limit.
Is there any way outta this? for instance a 30 day period or something ? i don't want my sister to get rippd, but i'm fearing she made a mistake

Nowadays no one compalins about the sale of condoms at the supermarket. You can buy what you need for a romatic dinner and what you need for afterwards. One stop shopping!

The abortion "issue" started with with screamers on the pulpit with a morbid fascination and scare tatics to hide the skeletons in their closets of why the became preachers in the first place.

And too many "save the babies" types are murderous elsewhere. Coinsidence?

My husband is severly bipolar and physically,mentally, emotionally, and verbally abusive. I love him but I can not take it anymore. I am scared of him and he told me if I leave he will kill me...I live in a little town with no family or friends, I have no where to go, no money, or car..I have two babies that see him do these things to me...he has never harmed them in any way but he has hurt me many time...so, I am here to find out suggestions on what to do...

My wife is still angry at me for some of my habits that I have not rid myself of since my residency. During that time I had put my career before her and our kids and I had a short temper. I tried to change those habits after residency but the process has been too slow for her.
So she has moved our kids with her far away to her hometown. My deployments obviously have not helped any.
I have vowed to ensure that I prioritize my wife and our kids above me now that my surgical training is over and to ensure that my wife will not feel alone again and that we will make decisions together as a couple.
Furthermore, all her affection has disappeared from her correspondence to me. She denies having an affair and I trust her still.
Will my wife ever get over her anger and resentment and can I do anything to expedite that process? Should I still continue to give expressions of affection toward her and just bear the pain that I feel when she does not reciprocate?

There's this reclusive, older man in his 50's or so that literally hunches over his Bible- reading it until he falls asleep every Sunday. I guess I want to ask him why he bothers going to church in the first place. The sermons are very interesting. We actually have a very good pastor that preaches some of the best sermons ever, but this old guy never listens and just has his face shoved in the Bible the whole time until he dozes off.

So, should I ask him? BTW, he stinks too. Should I tell him to take a bath? Well, I wouldn't tell him...but it's so distracting.
