I can't drive a stick shift. Well, second and third gears are fine, but first and reverse don't like me and I've never been able to get the hang of it. What have you found that you just can't seem to do, so you have given up trying to do it?

right ive liked this girl since school but i didnt say anything then , we started chatting on the internet n i told her how i felt about her n she told me after a while that she liked me when i found this out i was soo happy but like the moron i am i didnt do anything about it because im a very shy person ,
we stopped talking for a while because som1 told me she had a boyfriend which i later found out wasnt true ,

when I picked up my car I asked if anything else needed repair . i was told no. I was driving my car home but no 5 miles from the shop the ball joint broke i lost control of my car through a graurd rail down a hill. I have no injuries but my car is totalled. they didnt replace thball joint they put a screw through it.

The current Readers Digest had a good article on the power of being thankful for what we have in our lives, and how despite the difficulties of any particular day, month, year, if we concentrate on the beauty and goodness around us, and actively be grateful for what we have, we make a major impact not only on ourselves but others around us. The studies pointed out some very good points. A link to the article follows. It's nice to finally see some positive answers/questions/replies in the Marriage/Divorce category. Lately it seems there aren't any solid relationships anymore. Congratulations to the ones who've survived - and to the ones who didn't make it - I'm sorry - but you scare the crud outta me about ever getting married! I finally found a great guy - by far the greatest guy I've ever met. We talk about the future like marriage is inevitable, but lately it seems like all I see and hear is negativity about marriage. Is there anyone happy out there? If you're willing - can I have your brief, personal love story? I'm a sucker for a happy ending.... and want to believe they still exist.

My question is about your significant other and speaking to ex's.

I am a rather jealous girl and I believe that ex's shouldn't speak unless if they have a child together, which in my case, I have a son but I rarely speak to his father versus my current boyfriend who still speaks to most of his ex girlfriend including his two recent. One which he lived with and 2nd his most recent which he broke up with 2 weeks ago.
Now it has been an on off thing with him and I because he broke up with me to be with this other girl but broke up with her to be with me and this is why I can't help but feel uneasy that they talk on the phone still.
Is it just me or does anyone else think that's it's pointless to talk to ex's because the past is the past?
He's a has a very flirtatious personality and has a street rep of being a playa but all I can do is believe him...but I don't know because I don't trust people either way, in fact accusations is what led me and my baby's dad to break up...wat do u think?
