My wife is and she is 4'11".

What people find sexy varies greatly and while I like to look at the model type women, for that matter I like to look at most attractive women, I don't really think I would want to be married to one. for one, I'm only 5'7", but that not withstanding, I think a lot of women think because men do look at the airbrushed types, that is what they want or expect of their wives or girlfriends so they feel inferior.
The fact is that the two things are separate in most mens minds. I know my wife, like most women under about 5'8" would not be a model type, but she is still beautiful and more to my liking than the model ytpe, but I still look and she doesn't care, because her self-esteem is high and she knows I find her very attractive.
So I wouldn't concern myself with those descriptors of models. She is satisfied to be attractive in her petite way.

Short girls actually have the advantage of making their assets stand out more since the eyes concentrate on a smaller area.
because of this, if short girls just know how to play it right, You are able to take in everything in one knockout moment. (the breasts at the same time the pretty face right above it with the flirtatious eyes, and not too far down the sexy slender hips and etc. etc.)

Short gals are wayyy sexier than tall ones. I worked once in a restaurant with a waitress gal who barely hit 5 ft. Damn if she didn't cause me "popup trouble" every time we had to go to the storage room together. ;)

I think short girls are the sexiest! If your over 5'5" than you begin to loose some of your beauty.
As far as being a victoria's secret model, that is not up to me and they will probably never want anyone under 6' to model. Their loss.

HELL yes... my girlfriend is half chinese so she's about 5'1.. and she is DROP dead gorgeous... I have to control myself most of the time around her and more often than not in her presence I am very arroused.

This really is a matter of opinion, but in my opinion, most definitely. I am a taller guy (6'1") and I personally find shorter women more attractive.
