We have 4 months to make our credit look decent or we won't be able to get an apartment to live in and we will be on the streets... We need to either make it vanish (the bad credit) OR we need to be able to pay it all off in 4 months somehow, so we are looking for anyone who would know how this can be done. Is there any way to put it all on ONE bill and slowly pay it off? We need HELP.

I own a 2005 Chevy Equinox and recently, a gas attendant broke the gas cap while trying to close it. It took about a week before I could get a new one to replace it and in the mean time, the check engine light came on due to a lack of vacuum pressure. The Light has been on for 1 week now and I know that eventually, it will reset itself but I would rather not wait. Does anyone know a quick way to reset the light that doesn't involve going to the dealer?

I am currently talking to my bestfriend's brother. I know that it won't be anything serious, but I enjoy spending time with him. He may have alterior motives, but he's been pretty genuine so far. The problem my friends all judge me because it's supposedly wrong for me to be talking to him. My question is, is it really wrong to hook up with your friend's brother even though you share an attraction, or is it just a personal thing where some people say its a NO NO and others its OKay?

there is this girl at my school. this is her first year here, so i was friendly to her. the next day i went over to her house where she told me how she thought we where gonna be bffs forever. i dident think anything of it, but she did things like that in public starting the next week. she practicly stalks me in the halls, and emberesses me 24/7. my other friends comented on it, and are sorta mad that she is taking all my time. i am not the type of girl to tell her 2 backoff, but she does not get my ovious hints of my annoyence. HELP!!!!

I made the decision to divorce my wife several year ago. I have not done it yet becasue I am afraid that she will mistreat my children when she shares custody. I have a 8 year old daughter and a 14 year old son. My wife is angry all the time and yells at both of them. She has hit them in the past but does not do that anymore since I threatoned to report to the authorities. There is a whole bunch of other things that support that my kids and I will be better off without her in the picture. That decision is made so I do not need advise on counseling etc.

What I need to know is this:

If I filed for a divorce and asked for full custody of both my children, will the fact that my 14 year old son expresses desire to live with me 100% of the time help me get full custody of my daughter if she also expresses her desire to live with me 100% of the time? I have heard that the courts do not like to split siblings.

recently a family member was accused of assault. In all his years of life he has never been in trouble with the law, never been arrested. He and his girlfriend get into an argument, she pokes her finger in his face and is screaming at him and then picks the phone up as to hit him with it and in his defense he pins her against the wall to keep her from hitting him with the phone and she calls 911. He leaves. He never struck her or hit her in any way, and also she has no marks, redness or bruises, but yet she still takes warrant/charges for assault against him. There were no signs of struggle or any ill act, but yet he stills gets arrested and put in jail and now faces court, court cost and fines and a smear on his until now clean record. What does a man do to prove his innocence or at least prove self defense? What does she have to prove? or do the police just take her word for it b/c she's a woman?

Okay, im on b/c because of my super long heavy periods. My first question is, let's say i get sick and have like a fever or soar throat because cold weather's coming up soon. is it safe to take some medicince to cure it while on the pills? another is, when i take the reminder pills is it normal if i bleed a lot and for about 2 weeks?can i be excused from phys ed? is dizziness and blurriness a side effect? oh another is if i take th pills for 3 months i started in aug. so this is my 2nd month will my periods finally be normal or does it take longer? bescuse i use to have periods( twice it hapned) where it took up to a month. my doc said that we'll see in nov. my next checkup for if i will be normal plz n thnks
