At least he can take them to the playoffs, with this coach it looks like the are not making it anywhere. Offense awful, defense looks flat and it looks like an unmotivated bunch of talented kids.

Norv, sucks. Every team he goes to becomes failures. Look at the Redskins, Raiders, and now Chargers. At least Marty got them to the damned playoffs. Norv is not tough enough to be a good coach. He isn't mean and intimidating enough.

i dont get what the front office of the chargers were thinking.you fire a winning coach to hire an all time losing coach?owners look at the success norv had when he was the dallas cowboys offensive coordinator but really what coordinator wouldnt look good calling..emmitt to the left,emmitt to the right,emmitt up the middle?norv is over rated and i hope he and the cry baby chargers go 0-16

I think Marty would have won at least one of those extremely tough opening games. Right now it looks like San Diego can only be the average team beater. Norv will be lucky to keep these guys at 10-6.

I couldn't agree with you more. I don't know what kind of offense they're running in San Diego this year. Phillip Rivers and Ladanian Tomlinson have looked horrible so far. However, they have played some of the toughest defenses in the league.

I agree Marty is a totaly much better all around coach than Norv and you can see it in the team this year

I would have to agree with you on that one. There seems to be no explosion to the bolts anymore. I am not sure if its just early season miscues or what but if this continues its gonna be a long season.

yeah, norv was the offensive cordinator for the niners last year..so thats saying something because other than gore, my niners offense wasn't nothing to write home about..
