I'm having this election debate thing in school, and I'm the labour minister for the Liberals. I couldn't find much on the toronto star's site about the labour plans from the 4 parties. I need the labour plans from all four parties, not just the Liberals. If you know about the labour plans from any of the 4 parties, please tell me!

someone asked me to video their wedding for them, at a reasonable cost, in the contract i am to give them 1 DVD and charge for any additional DVD's that they may request. I want to maximize my profits by making them come back to me for multiple DVD's. But the catch is that most people now have a dvd burner or know someone with a dvd burner. so I want to copy protect the DVD i give them, So that they have to come back to me to order more DVD's. Does anyone know how i can do that? or does anyone know of a programt that will do that for me?

If there was a minor crime(not a felony or misdeamenor of course) and you had 2 options for punishment: one was to wear sandals without socks for a whole week around major places in town this would be in order for it to never show up on your record as if it never happened. The second option would be not to take the sandal punishment thus having appear on your permanent record. Would you commit this minor crime on purpose just to take the sandal punishment?

I always hear that sex offenders can not be rehabed. Seems to me that this is true and when they get out of jail/prison, they re-offend. Maybe those are just the cases we hear about. So, for you law enforcements fellas out there, can they be treated and rehabbed or once a rapist/molestor always one? Just curious, I'm not a sex offender, I know how people on here like to get all holier than thou.

When I was reading "The Stand" by Steven King and the devil changed from crow to Randall Flagg and his heels hit the pavement as he ran toward the man, I had to get up and go outside to be in the sunlight. Friday the 13th (part one) scared me so bad, I cannot watch it alone. I just saw the remake of The Omen and even though I saw all the originals, I still got scared with the dog in the coffin. The vampire boy popping out of the coffin in Salem's Lot scared the bejesus out of me when I was little. What parts of what movies scaaarred you baaaaaadd.?

But every time I try to pour my heart out to my mom, she thinks it's a load of bullshit. I'm not doing well at school and I feel so stupid all the time. I think I'm going to break.

My parents don't pay much attention to me cuz they are already on the edge with my older sister who pulls her stuff every week. I just don't want to send them overboard with my problems.

And I don't want to be the "disfunctional" one in my family. Like, "Oh, your brother's so smart, and your sister is so social, and you... well, you're unstable." I don't want to be the one in my family that has to take medicine so I can act normal.

I mean some stars are millions and billions of light-years away. Now light-years are a measure of distance or more precisely, the distance traversed by light in one mean solar year.

So how do we see these stars unless they existed for millions or even billions of years?

How is the universe only 10,000 years or even 100 million years old when we can stars that are billions of light-years away?

I just don't understand!

Is God just accelerating the light coming from these stars so that the light from them arrives on earth faster?
Or is God making the speed of light slower in our solar system so that we underestimate the actual speed of light everywhere else?

I heard that God made the light come here during creation. If that were true does that mean the whole foundation of the science of astronomy wrong? Please help me understand!

i don't know what to do. im going crazy. i just moved to my cabin in an isolate part of the state i live in for 3 months before i move to where im moving elsewhere. ive already been here a month and a half and i have a little more than 1 month left. i miss my friends, my old house, i grew up in the city i left basically all my life. i hate being where i am now. i have no friends here just my 2 parents. theres nowhere to really go except like once a week we go into a city near here.im doing this online school for the time being and i hate not being social. the real problem is even tho i know for sure im moving i dont know where and my family seriously has issues with having lots of uncertainty. i hate the feeling of not knowing. i see all my friends myspace and such and how much fun it is. it would have been my freshmen year, and ug im seriously so pissed. the thing is that i wanted to move so badly b4 but now i have so much uncertainty i dont even know anymore.

help!

I was told about this movie a couple of months ago, all I know is that apparently there's a scene where a character points out that angels (according to the Bible) are not fairy-like beings (which was the first impression people got).
