Simple: what is x in that ordered pair? 3. Is 3 equal to 4? No. So that ordered pair does not satisfy the equation x = 4. Here are some that would:
(4, 7)
(4, -7
(4, 0)
(4, 1001)
(4, literally anything)
Understand?

The equation says that x is 4. No matter what the y is x is always 4. So, does the point (3,7) satisfy this eqaution? Is x equal to 4 in your point?

Ironically, the guy above me is right.
Those co-ordinates you've given us dont fit the equation.
x=4 IS ALWAYS GOING TO HAPPEN!, so to put three in there is impossible.
Therefore the answer is no

no it doesn't, you plug the values in for x and y...but theres no y so you get...
3=4, false so it doesn't satisfy
