As in a marine tank? No.

They can tolerate a small anount of salt in their water (about 1 tablespoon per 5 gallons), but they're generally sensitive to high amounts of salt.

No, Plecos are freshwater fish. If you put it in saltwater, it will die within a couple of hours as the salt slowly burns its gills and dehydrates it by preventing osmotic "drinking".

they can live in slightly brackish water but not like a reef tank.

if you have a reef tank i suggest starfish/shrimp
