I have this system

1.5GHZ VIA Integrated Processor
512MB DDR2 533MHZ RAM
GeForce 4 MX4000 PCI (all i have) 128MB

i dont want to have to buy a whole new computer so i was thinkin of just upgradin to a Geforce FX5500 256MB PCI
so i could play games on whatever settings i can like:

Doom 3
NFS Most Wanted
Battlefield 1942
Battlefield Vietnam

PLZ dont just tell me to get a new comp, i wanna know if i should just do this small upgrade to at least play those games.

I have digital camcorder and it is a Samsung SC-D371. It uses MiniDV tapes to record videos. Tomorrow, I was going to get a IEEE 1394 PCI card for my computer. I got the fire wire cable already but I just need that IEEE 1394 PCI card. Also I has wanting some answers on how to install one on a computer. I got my computer from MDG Computers and I got it in 2004. I just want to know how to install a IEEE 1394 PCI card. Thanks!

I always use wd-40 as my gun oil. Ive done it for 4 years now. I just got my first polymer framed pistol today and was wondering if the wd is going to harm the frame wich is technically just a tough plastic. I prefer metal framed pistols but couldnt pass up 200 bucks for a new in box P22 5 inch with 2 clips and all the accesories.;)

I just had my brakes replaced a few months ago, and about 6 weeks ago I hit a tire on the freeway going 50 miles per hour. The abs light and check brakes light both came on and have been on since. I took my truck to les schwab and they said they cannot find anything wrong, but when I apply the brakes about 75% of the time it make a noise that sounds much like someone running over a soda can and crushing it. The faster I am going when I apply the brakes the faster the noise repeats, slower speed = slower repeat of noise. The brakes seem to work fine. Any Ideas? Should I take it in to the dealer? Its a 2003 Chevy Trailblazer EXT. So its a big heavy vehicle and I am extremly nervous about this.

A company is decreasing by 10 percent the amount of tuna sold in cylindrical cans. The cans will have the same height but a smalller diameter to minimize the impact on consumers when they see the smaller cans. By how much should the diameter be decreased to accomodate the change?

I saw this movie in the mid 90's and only remember a few scenes. It may be a TV movie. The main character somehow gets stuck in an alternate dimension where he must integrate himself into the community (already occupied by the same characters as his original life). This distopian community has developed a sadistic lottery system that rallies the citizens to kill random people based on a number out of a hat. There are some government agents that take away a fat man and put him in a cabin with a gun in the drawer because being fat is illegal. This is driving me CRAZY, what is this movie?!? any help is appreciated!!!!! I don't know any actors names.

when you try for counseling and your wife tells you she does not know if she even wants to. why is that? if she married me and then there is some adjustments that are difficult to make, why jump ship to be separated and then not even try counseling of any sort? are you a christian if you dont follow the words of God if you do not try with your heart as he states you should?
Additional Details

we were married for 7 months b4 she started distancing herself from me..i have an 8 year old who i raised from birth his real mom left him, and now this women has too... we are 29..
we are separated because she abandoned me physically, emotionally and spiritually in the marriage for months and months..very heartbroken i tried and tried to work on things. now separated for 3 months i am trying to work things out she has no effort just complains about things in the past, when she is at fault as well.
