I'm looking at a refurbished Dell Inspiron 1721 laptop with a 160GB SATA Hard Drive (5400RPM), 2000MB, ATI Radeon Xpress 1270 hyper memory video card and a 1490 wireless card. Would this be a good laptop for heavy gaming ?(ex: World of Warcraft)

Besides an Ailenware computer what would be a good gaming computer that's under $2,000?

It is good enough for light gaming and it meets the minimum requirement of WoW. BUT do not expect exciting gaming performance from that low end card.

World of warcraft is not that graphics intensive. Oblivion is a game that needs a power computer.

Ok, the answer is no.

If that thing even runs WOW, it will be so horrible you would want a new laptop.

It has hypermemory graphics- to horrible for any gaming.

Get something with a hardware graphcs card.

You should get a laptop meant for gaming such as an Alienware computer.
