Flirting is one of the oldest forms that men and women, particularly women have used to draw the attention of the opposite sex. I has consisted of stylized gestures, language, body language, postures, and physiologic signs. Eye contact, batting eyelashes, etc. Casual touches; such as a woman gently touching a man's arm during conversation, or a woman touching her hair while talking to a man may bring his attention to her in ways he might not otherwise notice. Smiling, winking, sending notes, cards, poems are all ways to flatter the opposite sex. You allow people to notice you. Sometimes the attention can be a good thing. If you read the positive, friendships and relationships can happen if both people are in agreement.
