Here goes the story: two average-joes meet. Decide they should date and eventually they end up getting married! All is well because they are both HEALTHY and NORMAL people. Neither one gambles, does drugs, beats up the other, sleeps around, habitually lies, has had a sex change, or engages in any such DRAMA! In fact, they are both very mature and giving. Furthermore, John and Jane Doe are very responcible individuals. Each one has a college degree with each one having a decent income. I must EMPHASIZE that John Doe is brilliant and has a history of making accute judgement calls throughout his life. Yet, his marriage failed. If anyone out there, male or female can relate to this story, please tell me about it. PLEASE include DETAILS about what went wrong with your marriage AND why did you overlook the discrepancy until later. Especially since their engagement was 16 months long thereby giving plenty of time to iron out the wrinkles [children, finances, etc.] or so you would think.

I am currently buying a home. My boyfriend's name was on 1 document of my packet of documents to sign. (It was only his name and income). I'm guessing they used his income + mine to qualify me for the home. They also asked if he will be living there. (Yes.)
My question is, his name will not be on the title or mortgage payments. (So I'm told). Will he have any ownership in this property?????

My agent said he doesn't have to show up to closing. I'll be the only one signing. Is it possible they'll want to add him before I can close -even though the mortgage broker said I qualified on my own??

This is for republicans. I think we should seriously try to give Hilary Clinton a helping hand. Because if she wins the Democratic Nomination ..we will see another Republican in the Whitehouse.. here is why.

Hilary has a very dubious past. It hasnt come out yet because republican candidates are siting on it, hoping she wins the nomination. If she wins..the gloves come off. The whitewater investigation. The Rose law firm biling files that mysteriously disapeared then reappeared in the whitehouse..and Hilary saying that she didnt know how they got there. Or more importantly how she has conections with some very bad people like Johnny Chung, John Huang, Ng Lap Seng, Mochtar Riady, the McDougalds, Craig Livingstone, Webster Hubbell and Jorge Cabrera. There is alot more. Too much to post unfortunetly.. because id like to share... What the republicans have on her will make Swift boat vs john kerry look like amature hour.

Lets hope she wins.

I had told her in the beginning that my husband would kill me if he knew I was lending it out. Their lawnmower has been broke and she keeps promising me her boyfriend is supposed to be getting some extra money and she is going to make him have theirs fixed or either buy one. Well, her boyfriend called over here tonight to talk to my husband about something, but my husband wasn't here. I ended up talking to him on the phone and he told me they had went shopping (I assumed for a lawnmower). I asked what they went shopping for and he said a Recliner. He said he found a really good one for $399.00. I said "Oh well that's good" and tried to contain myself. What would you of said or done?

He said that he would stop making albums if kanye outsold him. Now he's saying that if he get's outsold, he will release an album everytime kanye does, or something like that. Being a former hustler and dealer, 50 should know more than anyone that you don't go back on what you said without losing credibility. I think he has reached his peak and he knows it. The initial claim that he would quit if kanye outsold him was a publicity stunt to generate interest in his album, which did not work as well as he planned.

In light of my last two questions, I'm apparently Agnostic (I hate that concept). Now. I've been informed, much to my disbelief, that there are people who say there is absolutely no possibility of any god. Be they ones we've heard of or not. Now, I know you can't prove a negative, that was basically the basis of my last questions. But tell me, if you are certain there is no god: why? How do you know that? I don't believe in the existance of ANY gods that I've heard of: Christ is bull, Allah is bull. Zeus is bull. None of the gods I've ever heard of had made sense, so I say none of the current gods exist. I thought that made me atheist, but apparently not. Now tell me, what is your basis for believing there is NO god. You have to have some kind of reason for thinking that. Man I can't word things tonight...read my last two questions to understand this one better. I'm asking this for no other reason, than...I don't like being considered agnistic. Agnostics just seem like atheists.
