THE WIRE POPPED OFF OF MY LAST 2 BRACKETS/BRACEs!?

Question

im bad!! I ate an Air Head, and the wire came out of the last 2 brackets on my bottom right side of my mouth
WHAT SHOULD I DO?????
my ortho is closed 2morrow

That's what the wax they gave you is for.
Stick it on the end of the wire, to keep it from that uncomfortable poking feeling.

Call your orthodontist as soon as you can.
Nothing horribly drastic will happen to your teeth, so don't worry so much =).

When you go, they'll just reattach the wire, and everything will be fine.

I had that happen a zilllion times when I had braces. Usually you can just pop the wire back into place. It's kinda tricky the first time. Just place it in the middle of the bracket and gently push as you move it up/down just a tiny bit. With luck you will feel it pop right in. If that doesn't work for you just be REAL careful with what you eat tomorrow or until you can get an appt.

Sounds like the little rubber bands that are use to hold the wire popped out.You'll need the bands inorder to secure the wire in place otherwise it will pop out again. Also it will be too difficult for you to thread the wire into the last bracket (usually not secure by rubber bands). For the time being, use wax to prevent the end of the wire from scraping your cheeks. hopes this helps.

tis okay, just wait till the orthodontist is open again.
it wont cause too much harm if you get in the ortho as soon as you can.
that happens to me ALL the time. lol
(i even accidentally stuck a fork between my front teeth and the wire and pulled it all the way out. )

put wax on it. it will really help
