Throughout world history, the number of male-dominated societies exceeds the number of female-dominated societies. Any reason for this?

I'm expecing my first child in 6months time. My partner & I have picked out a girl's name (Lily) but we can't seem to agree on a boy's name. If it is a boy it will have the middle name Anthony due to tradition. I also prefer names that aren't too common as in "John, Bob, etc..." but not too unusual.

i am going back to my home country next month and now i am flatting with my flatmate. and i guess he will be partying and allowing his frens to stay overnight in my room when i am not around since he has my room key as in case because he is the 'manager' of the flat. i think he wont agree to hand in the key to me. so how do i prevent from him to let his frens overnight in my room when i am not there? i really dislike ppl to touch my things.

I just quit my job because a girl under me made everything hard on everyone in my department especially myself! serveral complaints were made about this one person and nothing was done, even after all the big bosses got involved. they were on my side just never wrote her up when she continued doing things wrong out of vengence! Now i feel i left my crew with a big mess. I no longer have to deal with this, just feel guilty that everyone else has to put up with it, felt there was nothing more i could do!

Hi.

I'd like to know the difference between these two sentences.

1) if i collect all of my tears "of" a thousand years
2) if i collect all of my tears "for" a thousand years

There are 2 of's in 1st sentence, so i want to use 2nd one instead.
Would it be ok?

I'm 34 years old and I converted to Judaism when I was 20 (Orthodox conversion from the RCC Beth Din in LA). I became interested in Judaism when I was 18 and studied for 2 years to convert when I was 20. I practiced Judaism for 8 years and then left the faith when I was 28. At this point, I still believe in Hashem as G-d, but I don't want to follow all the laws that Jews have to follow. Is there any chance that the Beth Din can make a non-Jew again so that I only have to follow the 7 Noahide Laws? A rabbi asked said it was unlikely they would annul the conversion because of the length of time I practiced Judaism after my conversion. What do you guys think? Thanks,

I mean, isn't there a point where you have to say, "It just makes logical sense, and there is sufficient evidence?"

I mean you can't prove that the next time you drop a rock that it is going to fall down. It could fall straight up. But although gravity is just a "theory" shouldn't we be able to look at it as a fact, seeing as all evidence suggests that it will fall down?

And anyway... God is a giant Mr. Potato Head that lives in an onion outside the universe. He has a room full of eggs and we are all inside of one of them. Can you prove me wrong?

I mean... at what point can we allow ourselves to accept things that make sense, and that seem to properly fit the puzzle?

I have had this debt for 5 years and want to get rid of it once and for all, and know I have the capacity to repay the loan. Looking at $3850 for defaults on my credit file, $3k for miscellaneous debts and $4K-$5K for a car, so all up, a loan of around $12k at the maximum. Please help someone, I am ready to take my life down the right track, please give me that kick start? my cat is mean to people. when people come in that she doesnt know she hisses and growls and crys at them. if you do something she doesnt like she will charge. she doesnt like other animals either. but i want to get a dog and i dont want my cat to hurt it. can anyone give me any advice on how to make my cat nicer?

o she is declawed, front and back. and she likes to bite when shes mad.
