2. Mary's age is one third of her dad's age. Seven years ago, her age was one fifth of his. How old are both now?

The next one doesn't seem to make any sense, but here it is...
3. If one machine can sort coins in 15 minutes, and a second machine can sort the same number of coins in 30 minutes, how long would it take both machines working together to do the job?

At first I didn't pay attention when it was about 14-18 cups of water a day. I also have a past hystory of getting bladder infections whenever I over pushed myself- I do this quiet a lot. Recently, when I've had to push myself beyond normal duty- I'm in the middle of a move- lifting tons of weight, worry, stress, ect. But all of a sudden, about 6 weeks ago, my water intake went from 30-35 cups a day and I'm cold all the time. I weigh 167, and am 5 '6 inches, 20 years old- I just lost 50 lbs, and kinda fast (I wonder if this is also part of it, because in the past it was always really hard for me to loose weight.) This past week, I've gotten a little bit of brown stuff in my urin whenever I go the bathroom. If I don't drink enough water, I get sluggish, my kidneys really hurt, and I get really really thirsty, and my bowl movements are as if I drank nothing (and I NEVER have had problems in the past with this.) I'm not on insurance, but I need to know- is something really wrong?

The author was 1 of the 1st profilers to work for the F.B.I. It was just after Hoover died. He writes these 2 books as almost a autobiography and I'm sure in his book at the start he has a heart attack. Then obviously talks about all the cases he has worked on. I'm not sure but think the front cover to 1 of the books has like a silver F.B.I shield on it. They where really popular books about 10 years ago. Really great books and would love to get my hands on them but cannot remember the names of them or the author

Why is it that republican and religious and secular conservatives continue make family values an election issue. The issue of family values and morality was ONE of the hallmark reasons for the Republican take-over of congress and it was also used as a theme during Bush’s first run for office.

Read the list of “hypocrites” below and respond whether or not you think that family values was/is a “SMOKE SCREEN” to win favor and votes

POPULAR SCANDALS

1.Senator Larry Craig, recently pleaded guilty to lued homosexual acts in an Airport. He still defiantly claims that he is not gay.

2.Mark Foley, had phone sex and indecent conversations with male pages.

3.George W. Bush, Republican president, accused in a criminal complaint and lawsuit of raping Margie Schoedinger, who later committed suicide. Accused by Tammy Phillips, a former stripper quoted in the National Enquirer in 2000 saying she had an affair with Bush that had ended in 1999

4.Senator David Vitter (R-La) who ran a hard-core platform on traditional family values, name was found on a Madams list. He told his constituents that it was a “private issue” and to leave him alone.

5.Arnold Schwarzenegger, Republican governor, had sex with a 16 year old when he was 28.

6.Joe Scarborough, former Republican Congressman, currently a conservative talk show host. Resigned his congressional seat abruptly to spend more time with his family, amidst allegations of an affair. His intern, Lori Klausutis, was soon after found dead in his office. The medical examiner, who had his license revoked in Missouri for falsifying information in an autopsy report, and suspended in Florida for six years, ruled the case an accident, after giving conflicting information about her injuries. He said he lied about them because "The last thing we wanted was 40 questions about a head injury."

7.John E. Peterson, Congressman (R-Pa), accused of sexual harassment and creation of a hostile work environment by six women. Peterson has refused to admit a crime, saying only "I may have been an excessive hugger."

8.Henry Hyde, Judge who oversaw Clinton's impeachment proceedings, prominent opponent of reproductive rights, who had an extramarital affair with a woman who was married and had three children, during the course of which she and her husband were divorced.

9.Newt Gingrich, married three times. Gingrich campaign worker Anne Manning admitted that she gave Newt oral sex while he was still married to his first wife. Informed one wife he was filing for divorce while she was in the hospital recovering from cancer treatments

10.Richard A. Dasen Sr., Republican benefactor of conservative Christian groups, convicted of sexual abuse of children, promotion of prostitution and several counts of solicitation, enough to add up to a sentence of 126 years in prison

Conservative Personalities and Figure Scandals

1.Paul Crouch Televangelist, Former President of Trinity Broadcasting Network (TBN). Paid $425,000 in hush money in an attempt to cover up a gay affair.
2.Ted Haggard, popular conservative pastor who advised Bush on Family Values issues was outed by a male prostitute who also alleged that he gave Haggard drugs.
3.Rush Limbaugh, triple-divorcee
4.Bill O'Reilly Right-wing conservative talk show host on Fox News, sued for sexual harassment by his producer.
5.Dr. Laura Schlessinger, right wing conservative radio host. Promotes family values, estranged from her mother, opposes birth control, has had her tubes tied, espouses saving oneself for marriage, admits to having had sex before she was married, opposes adultery, has committed adultery while she was married, and has slept with a married man, opposes divorce, is divorced and remarried, has posed for nude photos which are available online.

There are many, many, many more. I know that I am going to be accused of being repub-coserv-basher. I am not, I know the democrats have just as many scandals if not more. However, I think that the whole PLATFORM OF CONSERVATIVE FAMILY VALUES IS A DISINGENIOUS strategy to rally votes and to swing elections. THIS LIST DEMONSTRATES THE FACT THAT NO ONE PRACTICES WHAT THEY PREACH!!!
I also believe that we are all human and everyone makes mistakes, but it is VERY HYPOCRITICAL to impose ideas that these “cultural-icons” don’t keep!
(((What are your thoughts???)))))))

I read of this specimen many years ago, and misplaced the article. The Chimp did not act like other chimpanzees. It would perform complex sequences of assigned tasks involving cleaning up its cell, and then would return to its cot and sit upright on it with its legs crossed -- not manic like other chimps. There was serious speculation that it might be a human/chimp hybrid.

MEXICO CITY -- The 8-year-old son of deported immigrant activist Elvira Arellano was reunited with her Friday at Mexico City's airport.

Arellano said she wants her son, Saul, a U.S. citizen, to go to school in her home state of Michoacan so he can learn Spanish.

Saul, whose first trip to Mexico was in November to ask the Mexican Congress to lobby Washington to stop his mother's deportation, received a Mexican passport from his mother as proof of his newly obtained dual citizenship.

They plan to renew the boy's U.S. passport, something he could not do in the United States in the absence of his mother.

Arellano, 32, who was in the U.S. illegally for several years, took sanctuary at Chicago's Adalberto United Methodist Church in defiance of a deportation order. She lived there with her son for a year.

She left the church in August to attend rallies in Los Angeles and was arrested and deported within hours to Tijuana.

Saul, who traveled from Chicago with Adalberto United's pastor, the Rev. Walter Coleman, had little to say to reporters. His mother said the boy told her that "he wants to keep fighting so I can go back with him to the United States."

Arellano said she wanted her son by her side as she fights for the legalization of the estimated 12 million undocumented immigrants in the U.S. and for the rights of illegal Central American immigrants in Mexico.

"In this battle he was the one who kept me on my feet," Arellano said. "If I want to keep fighting from here, I need him with me."

I’m sure it wasn’t her idea to bring her son to Mexico, otherwise he would have come with her when she left.

Article states that she wants him to learn spanish? Yeah right, I haven’t heard a word of English out of her mouth!

Also, if she gets made an ambassador, is there any way the US could block her from returning? She is a criminal after all.
The more news this unwed woman gets the more real Americans are going to resist. Doesn’t the criminal illegal understand she has done nothing but leave a bad impression? She is nobody! Keep talking Elvira! You damage your own cause. You deserve nothing from the United States of America!

What kind of answers do you want if you don't like the ones you get? You're the one asking me a question after all!

What makes you think that other religions are a bunch of crap and your's is true? What makes you so sure that your God is the one true God and that all the other hundreds of Gods and Goddess that are worshipped are false? Because your Bible, Torah, Quaran, or holy tome of some sort says so? I hate to break it to you but all those books are biased literature.

And no, I'm not an Atheist.

I am 13 and will soon be turning 14. I started my periods when i was in the 5th or 6th grade so i was porbably 10-11. I have NEVER used a tampon just always pads. It seems just about everytime i wear a pad that no pads are long enough and they leak ou the back and they also feel all nasty to wear. I am a matured teenager and i also play alot of sports, swimming, hanging with friends and when im on my period i feel as if i can not do the things i want to do. So would tampons be okay for a 13-14 year old and would they make me feel alot better about being active in sports and stuff daily? Alot of my friends wear tampons. I just need some advice. If your going to be rude to me dont even bother answering this question.
