I might add, my St. Augustine is of the old variety . On the south side of my house it has choked out all other grass and looks great. But on the west and north sides its not doing so good.

Sorry, there are no selective herbicides that can control Bermudagrass in a St. Augustine grass lawn. You will need to apply a non-selective herbicide like RoundUp on the Bermudagrass. This will take more than one application. Once the Bermudagrass is dead, you can remove and re-sod or plug with St. Augustine grass.

Use the runners to fill interior the holes. The runners have roots at each node, positioned the roots interior the floor. Tamp them down. confirm to maintain it watered. For some reason, this twelve months St Aug seed isn't as stable as time-honored.
