ask for other peeps on Y!A to help them get 100 answers? I mean, what the heck does that do? It just gives u the harder task of picking best answer...do they want a medal or something for getting answers? If I were them I would be asking for stars, at least they keep track of those on your page...some people are just so stupid...

My hot water heater just started leaking. I knew it would need to be replaced and am actually on the plumber's list. When I called him though it was not leaking and now it is. Of course it's a holiday weekend. Will it be ok for a few days?

I'm looking into a good desktop computer. My price range is 1,000 to 1,500. Maybe just a little more. I want to be able to run AIM, Zune, Internet explorer, and an online game like Counter-strike or WoW without lag. I've heard alienware is best for gaming, so if you agree, then my question is which one is best for my price range? Also, I mean a whole computer, not just parts. It does it in the am, then during the day, no noise. Today did it too throughout day. Rainy day. I had my power steering fluid checked, and the mechanic said all looked great. no other problems. he said it could be the moisture. is a saturn ion 2, 2004. is that true about the moisture you think? car has no problems. thanks!

Losing someone is terrifying as some of you may know.
but i was just wondering what symptoms or effects/affects does it have on a person, and how does it vary?
what was it like for you?
do you know how it has effected someone else?
do you know if you had any physical problems or phantom illnesses afterwards, or did someone you know suffer in that way?
did you shut it out? or cried all the time? were you agressive to people? did you ever feel like you were going crazy, or were constantly paraniod? and what about?
a lot of questions i know - but im hoping with a little bit of understanding and a second opinion i can understand myself.

I'll apreciate any opinions, comments, sources, or first hand experience in this subject - they will all be taken notice of.

we're in the los angeles area and it's friday and all of the veterinary clinics are closed. my friend's dad was using a cleaning chemical known as mr.clean and he left a puddle on the ground and the dog started playing in it. it's eyes are swelled up and when my friend tries to put ice on it or water.. it pushes his hands away. what can we do?

I have a 3 year old pug and when I feed him he will stand there and look at the food for ages and keep looking at me. I go inside and its like he is waiting for me to come back to take the food back and when he realises I am not he finally eats. Is this a pack kind of behaviour or something? Do other dogs do this?
