and the depo shot. and iud. i have the depo shot now..and i dont like it that much. because of 3wk periods.

The only other thing out there besides the Depo-Provera, IUD like Mirena, and Nuva Ring is an implant called Implanon which is inserted in to the arm and left in place for about 3 years.

The Implanon is something that is similar to a type of implant called Norplant that used to exist til about 2 or 3 years ago.
