my exbf and I went out 2 yrs ago,we werent on speaking terms but i recently contact him to hang out b4 leaving for college. He agreed and we met up, hung out and kissed at the end of the night (that was our first kiss together) . A week later he left for college but kept in touch; calling me, texting me saying he misses me and wants to kiss me..etc. Well, when he came down from college he asked to see me, I agreed. But I had seen pictures of him and his "ex" girlfriend (he had told me they were broken up and werent really speaking to eachother) rather affectionate on the girl's FACEBOOK. This made me suspicious so I brought a camara with me and met up with him. We made out a lot and he was very affectionate and rather lustful with me..he said things like "things couldve been diff. btw. us" "you are soo good looking" "you are a cool chick to hang out with" and said wow a lot and kissed me alot. I got a call today from David's Bridal. The bridesmaids dress style my future step daughter picked out for our wedding in April 2008 is being discontinued. So, in order to get the dress she wants, I need to order it soon, before they stop producing it. (On the positive side, it will be cheaper now)

My question is: she is 13 and is going through puberty. I've never had a teen daughter before and I have no clue how many sizes larger I should order, to be safely sure that the dress will still fit in April. I'm aware alterations will need done no matter what...but I also know it is easier to go smaller than to have a too-tight dress let out...

Any women who have daughters this age? I need some intelligent, adult advice.

Does anybody really believe that the other half of the War Party will be any better than the half which is currently in power? The War Party has been in power constantly since 1896 and with the exception of the 1920s and part of the 1970s (when public opinion made it impossible to continue warmongering), the War Party has been attacking countries left-and-right ever since. Just switching which branch of the War Party is in power will not change anything. The only way to end the policy of warmongering is to stick a true anti-war candidate into the White House (a Classical Liberal such as Ron Paul or a Ultra-Left candidate such as Kucinich or Gravel).

Is it a death blow to your campaign to have an American enemy endorse you as president? Wouldn't an enemy of the United States endorse a presidential canidates based on how likely the canidate is willing to aid the enemy?

I signed 1 yr lease in jan 2007 in june my landlord called said her and husband had problems and she needed to move back into her house and break my lease... I of course said no but felt i had no choice i started looking for place...she called back a week later said nevermind...she called again in aug said she needed to move back we found a place but told her we couldnt afford to move and would make her pay our moving since she wanted lease broken ...she said ok then again called a few days later and said nevermind ..well we already found the place and now we're moving like we agreed and she is charging us $25 per day late fees for rent we agreed she would pay because SHE broke lease .. now suing me for it and she gave me 3 day notice and filed a lawsuit in small claims date not until sept 28 but she emails me now and tells me she is bringing sheriff to lock me out on fri??? im moving anyways but can she use threats to get me to leave and lie about lockout etc? do i have a case?

I was out to dinner with a group of friends and there husbands. I excused myself to the ladies room, when I came out of the ladies room. My friend husband was standing there and pushed me back into the ladies room throw me up against the wall and KISSED ME.. I pushed him away and he told me he has wanted to do that for the past year and He can’t stop thinking about me. Her husband is good-looking man, but I would never do anything like that to her. I was in SHOCK. When I got back at the table he kept staring at me.

She has already told us in private that she cant stand other women staring at her husband. She knows he good-looking, but have some respect for her at least. I don’t want to tell my friend. I known her from High School I don’t want to lose our friendship.

Imagine this scenario: shortly after the American led invasion of Iraq Saddam and his government were able to detonate a nuke in a major American city killing more than 100,000 people. Would the following facts in this scenario be convincing to you that this was a justifiable action by the Iraqi government? Why or why not?

-Iraq cites the fact that America, not Iraq, was the aggressor. America invaded Iraq; Iraq did not attack America first.

-in order to save the "thousands of Iraqi lives" that an Iraqi led invasion into the American homeland would cause the use of nuclear weapons was justifiable to this person and the Iraqi government.

-Iraq had repeatedly warned the US that it had "WMD" that it would use to defend itself if America did not end the war immediately, instead, America presses on and Saddam again is able to detonate a nuke in another major US city.

Does this sound like familiar rhetoric used to defend any of America's actions during wartime in the past?

Is it the landlords responsibility to take care of bed bugs when it is the tenants who have brought them into an apartment. This is in Medford Massachusetts. Most likely brought into the apartment by people who might have been living there without actually being part of the lease.
