Castro opines in his current editorial publised in Cuba, "The word today is that an apparently unbeatable ticket could be Hillary for president and Obama as her running mate."

Is it a death blow to your campaign to have an American enemy endorse you as president? Wouldn't an enemy of the United States endorse a presidential canidates based on how likely the canidate is willing to aid the enemy?

how true, but in today's PC environment the libs push the idea is that we succumb to our enemies rather than fight them -- unless your "enemy" is a conservative or republican, then you can slander, defame all you want. But the dems have their version of "good ol' boys" and Castro is one, so is anyone else that hates America.

No it's not a deathblow to have an enemy endorse you. It should be a deathblow to your political career if that enemy does more to help and shows more sincere empathy to the citizens in your hurricane ravaged city than you do. Why are we huge trading partners with communist China but not with the utterly harmless and no longer supported by the USSR Cuba? Fidel Castro is an old ******* man who has not been a threat to the US in over 20 years - who gives a **** what he blathers from his deathbed?

No Castro isn't endorsing them.It doesn't help but the truth is he isn't endorsing them but merely suggesting they would be an invincible ticket.
If you actually read this already slanted article it also says:"While Castro seems to think the two would make a powerful combo, he wasn't all love and kisses for the Democratic front-runners, who have demanded greater democratic reforms in Cuba.
"Both of them feel the sacred duty of demanding 'a democratic government in Cuba,'" Castro wrote. "They are not making politics: They are playing a game of cards on a Sunday afternoon."

Why are you crazy right-wingers still blathering about Castro? He's nothing. He's been nothing since the Soviets pulled the missiles out in November 1962. If you don't want to vote for Hillary or Obama, you can come up with reasons that make some sense, but this is so far from being one of them it's not even funny. Really, you guys whining about Castro is like we liberals complaining about Francisco Franco.

It tells you something when Fidel Castro wants Hillary and Obama to be the winning ticket for the 2008 election. When tyrannical dictators are rooting for you, that is an indictment of you!

Did he say unbeatable? I thought that ticket would be the most beatable.

It would be an amazing ticket for communist and socialist dictators across the globe that require a weak American presence and gullible leaders to do their bidding.
