I own a restaurant in Texas, and it is very hot here. I have an area of approximately 820 sq. feet. Any help woukd be appreciated.

I've been looking for the same thing for my back patio. So far I've found Merrit Systems and Intellicool. No pricing on their website tho, so you'll have to contact them directly. I don't think misters work well. You end up getting all wet especially if you're not moving.

In Florida, the larger flea markets used misters and fans.

If money is no object ... line it with misters - and if you can, install some kind of fan-system to keep the air circulating.
