King James Bible, 1Tim 2:5, "For there is one God, and ONE MEDIATOR between God and men, the man Christ Jesus". Since God is everywhere present, "though I make my bed in hell, thou art with me", why do you enter a confessional & whisper your sins in a man's ear? I believe Jesus spoke of the confessional in Luke 12:3, "...that which ye have spoken in the ear in closets shall be proclaimed upon the house tops". Matt 24:26, "...if they say...behold, he is in the SECRET CHAMBERS; believe it not". A chamber where secret sins are told? It seems to me that you "worship the creature more than the creator". I study the King James version because the truth has been revised right out of the others. 2nd Thess 2:2, "be not soon shaken in mind, or be troubled,...nor by letter AS FROM US". These revised additions are as letters from those God inspired writers of the Word of God.

I'm engaged and living with my fiancee (been together for 6 years - all through my twenties). I love him but I feel I need to date around more that I never had the chance to explore. I don't know if it's cold feet or if I am going to wake up one day wondering what else I missed out on. He is great, no complaints, but I think due to the length of the relationship, that spark is gone and I am looking for excitement. Is this normal cold feet attitude or should I cancel the wedding and move on? He worships the ground I walk on. I am an emotional wreck over this...dont want to end something and then wake up and realize it was just cold feet...any advice??

would say they're going to turn the car around if you don't shut up? Everyone's going to Heaven, no matter what! BOOM! Or it's just not real.

Is it possible ,in a third person story ,to switch point of views?
I mean for example ,in the harry potter stories, would it have been possible when the characters were separated to go to someone else's point of view instead of harry's like in the lord of the rings when they had almost three separate story lines?I know that the lord of the rings was a different type of style, but i could not think of another example.

The Bush administration is loosening the limits on mountaintop removal practices, making it easier for large coal companies to come in & destroy the beautiful mountains of Appalachia while dumping the slate and excess debris in the streams. Does anybody outside of this area care about the issue? It was on the front of the NY Times, but I don't know if anybody else cares.

Holiday Inn dumps Christian banquet; group says anti-Christian discrimination at play
Holiday Inn is being accused of anti-Christian discrimination for refusing to allow a Christian non-profit group to hold its annual banquet at one of its suburban Chicago locations.

But when AFT executive director Peter LaBarbera told the banquet coordinator the event might draw a protest from homosexual activists, general manager Dennis Igoe dropped the reservation due to what he called "potential negative publicity to the hotel." Florida-based Liberty Counsel then sent a letter to Igoe, informing him that his "cancellation of Americans for Truth's reservation raises serious concerns of unlawful discrimination under the Illinois Human Rights Act which prohibits discrimination in places of public accommodation on the basis of religion."

I'm overweight, hign end of 270lbs, and recently I had a small yet considerable medical concern regarding my heart. It was strongly suggested I lose weight, so I engaged in a the South Beach Diet. Happily I lost almost 15 lbs over the first 3 weeks but I have my struggles.

I love cheeseburgers, pizza, and many other not so good for you foods (major problem..I know) At times I wish I could have a small sampling of my old favorites then "get back to work on my diet" .
Some may call that a setback, others may say small allowances may kill the crave and actually help my overall goals.

I'm not miserable in my efforts, but boy do I really have a craving for a lunch a McDonalds, or two slices of my favorite pizza.

Is going cold turkey against my cravings eventually gonna cause me to quit my diet (a past trend of mine)?

I have a 5-year fixed to adjustable rate mortgage which has 3 more years before it starts adjusting. The current rate is 5.5% on the loan. The principal is at $527K. Should I think about altering the loan to a 30-year fixed at 6.75% (which is still a historically low rate)? The adjustment would cost about $1000. I'll probably be staying in this home for a long time, and I would hate to be priced out of it in a few year if the rate went really high (like double digits).

Thanks in advance!

I was on the plane the other day and the pilot went through his whole speal of we are going to be flying at thirty thousand feet and the weather updates. After he was completed he set the mich down and forgot to turn it off. He looked over to the co-pilot and says, "Man all I could use right now is a stiff drink and a bl@w job." The stewardess from the rear hears this and rushes to the front of the plane to inform the pilot of his mistake. As she passes me I yell, "don't forget the drink!"
