Don't do this to yourself... It is natural to have a daily weight fluctuation of 3-6 lbs... Weigh yourself on the same scale at the same time of day each week...
I use my bathroom scale 2-3 times a week but always after my morning pee... Its normally the most accurate... and consistent... Never compare weights that are measured on different scales... Never... They are all calabrated differently...

The human adult (especially women) body gains anywhere from 3 to 8 pounds from when they wake up until they go to bed. What time are you being weighed at WW?
It is possible that that the scale you are using at home which is most likely of a lesser quality isn't calibrated correctly or that the scale at the center needs calibration.
You need to take a breath and relax. I lost 79.5 pounds with weight watchers 5 yrs ago have since had a baby and still have not gained more than 10 pounds back. The program works because it teaches you to eat in the real world. But any weight control expert will tell you that the best gauge of weight loss is done monthly by the fit of your clothes, especially for a woman. Over the 18 months of my initial weight loss and then the 3 months to lose the 12 after my son was born there was always one week of the month that I had a false weight gain of 5-8 pounds from my period.
Take a deep breath, discuss your concerns logically with the center and keep on doing the right things with exercise and making the better food choices and it will all come together for you. Your goal should be 1-2 pounds off a week and the longer it takes you to lose it the longer it will stay off.
I have a lot of tips for making the correct choices based on what I was eating and healthier options so if you are interested please feel free to email me and good luck!

Many factors can cause fluctuations in your weight. There could be differences in the calibration of the scales, but unless you have your scale and the WW scale side by side to weigh yourself on, you could be comparing apples to oranges.
Your weight can even fluctuate within the same day. Since the lbs are only a few in difference, I wouldn't pay much mind to it. I have even weighed myself prior to and after working out and usually get different results (sometimes less, sometimes more).
Healthy weight loss is 1-2 lbs per week when not under a doctors supervisions. So, either way you look at it, your weight loss was within this range. CONGRATULATIONS AND BE PROUD THAT YOU ARE LOSING!!
Also, keep in mind that muscle is more dense than fat. Even if you are not doing weight training, you may be increasing your lean body tissue which could make things fit better but not give you much of a 'number high'. If things are fitting better and you are feeling better, then you are on the right track...don't let the numbers hold you back.
I have lost 40 lbs this year....big accomplishment for me!!! I had losses, gains, and plateaus. They are all part of getting healthier when you really put your mind to it!! Only weigh yourself once a week....No more than that....or you will find yourself obsessing over, what could be, nothing.

I would probably question them at WW - but just so you know, your weight can flucuate by a couple of pounds each day - hour by hour even. This is why it is not good to weigh your self multiple times a day (or even every day). You still lost a pound - which is really good. If you stay on program, the scale should continue to move down - and you should have another weight loss on the scale next week. Sometimes we get too wrapped up in numbers - you can tell you have lost weight when your clothes fit differently, you can get into something that you couldn't before, etc. WW is a good organization - I have lost lots of weight on their program, and I don't believe that they try to sabatoge anyone.

Are you weighing yourself the same exact time everyday with the same exact clothes on? When you are at weight watchers are you using the same scale each week? When was the last time you had the other two scales calibrated? Your weight fluctuates day to day, and during the day.
All these things make a difference. I don't see what benefit Weight Watchers would have to make it appear as if you are losing less weight than you actually are. All that would do is make people frustrated and less likely to continue with their program.

well i thought the same thing when i started WW. i thought that they were messing with the scales to make you think that you were losing weight when you really werent. therefore, if you felt like you were losing that would motivate you to continue with their program. but as time went by i started weighing myself on my personal scale and it would be the same as the WW scale. i think that you need to invest in you a good scale. and really stop relying on the scale so much. you should be able to tell if your'e losing weight by how you look in your clothes. that is the best way to determine weight loss. there are so many things that can trigger your weight to go up and down. i think WW is a really good program if you stick to it!

That's horrible! did you tell the lady? Ignore their scales and just use your own the diet is healthy and your going to feel better and losing weight is not easy or instant.
But it is a life time achievement award.
Now you are in college, this is training for watching your weight the rest of your life. this is a diet you can live with forever. But the first 6 months are hell. Then your apastate changes and that is all you want. But you can drive it up again.

It is impossible to weight the same everyday. It is just impossible. Not even if you ate the same food, at the same time and did the same activity and drank the same fluids, you will not weigh the same everyday. You can gain weight and still lose inches...does that make sense? No, the body is gonna do what it is gonna do.

There is a bad scale somewhere. Perhaps you should tell your WW host instead of bashing the organization behind it's back!
