I'm originally from that area! I just read an article in the WCF Courier about it. I can't believe he did all that art with spray paint! And apparently people are coming from all over the US and even foreign countries to see it. It's in downtown W'loo. I read that the food is good too and he wants to expand. I didn't read anything about dancing there though. If Jokers in CF is still around, that's where I'd go to dance. I'm too old for Shag's.
