I had sex with my fiance we did not use a condom, but he did 'get out in time"... The next morning I got my period. Could I be pregnant? I just feel weird, and not sure if it's a stomach bug or not..

Does any one know the dbSNP identifier (i.e. the rs number) for the Factor V Leiden mutation? I know it's commonly reffered to as G1691A, but I'm trying to be precise and the best way to do that is to use an rs#. I find it really hard to believe that it's not annotated in the database.

ranch salad dressing (or ranch anything for that matter) or steak?.......i eat burgers but i dont like steak and if i HAVE to eat it, then it had better moo when i touch it!....my friends all say im a weirdo for this...i dont care one way or the other what they think but am i the only person who doesnt like these two things that seem to be so popular?.....how do you like your steak cooked (if you can stand to eat it)? ....i remember when ranch first came out so, if ranch were never invented what salad dressing would you eat or would you just not eat salad?

My 4 year old started it first I think.Now the 23 month old has caught on to it,and does it with his sippy cup and bottle.It ends up all over the carpet.He sometimes sptis it out too.It's VERY annoying.

What is the best way to deal with a trouble at work. You feel like everyone is looking at you in a bad way, everyone is gossiping about you, you feel like people you trusted betrayed you and are now using this against you and your boss picks up on it and accuses of you not fitting into the team and showing his concerns over it. My first reaction is to distant myself to protect myself but people see it as you being negative.

I get really horrible menstrual cramps. I've tried virtually every remedy in the book. Some have worked but due to my work schedule I either forget to do them or the timing has become inconsistant. I refuse to take painkillers. So I'm thinking about going on birth control.
I've asked my previous doctor but he said no because he said that they're just too risky. I'm 21, I don't drink or smoke and I've never had kids. My own grandmother has now begged me not to go on birth control. Now I'm thinking about asking my new doctor. What are the risks to taking birth control? I always thought I was a low risk person. I don't plan on being on birth control forver. Just while I'm in grad school so the cramps don't get in my way.

Since the democrats are so against "global warming" why are they the ones that drive big suv's and have their private jets that take them everywhere, not saying everybody elsoe doesnt but, wouldnt they be the ones to not use those resources instead of wanting to dictate how everyone else lives their lives? I feel so lost right now... I feel like I have nothing worth living for... All I want is for somebody to need and to love me. I'm still young but I'm worried that this will never happen. I wake up every morning just crying because I know that there is nothing out there for me. My self-esteem has been completely damaged and I don't know how to get it back...
