ranch salad dressing (or ranch anything for that matter) or steak?.......i eat burgers but i dont like steak and if i HAVE to eat it, then it had better moo when i touch it!....my friends all say im a weirdo for this...i dont care one way or the other what they think but am i the only person who doesnt like these two things that seem to be so popular?.....how do you like your steak cooked (if you can stand to eat it)? ....i remember when ranch first came out so, if ranch were never invented what salad dressing would you eat or would you just not eat salad?

I don't like ranch dressing either. I mainy use 1000 island, bleu cheese or french dressing on salads...I'm not too crazy about italian dressing either, but it's better than ranch!
But I LOVE steaks - the rarer, the better...as you said, I like mine still mooing! Had a perfect one for dinner on Sunday - still mooing on the inside (bright red), but "charred" on the outside. I get my steaks that way by keeping them in the fridge until they go on the grill, rather than setting them out on the counter for a while like others "recommend".

I wouldn't say you are the only person to not like ranch and steak but most people do like ranch and steak!! I like ranch on pizza, salad, and a few other things but I don't like it that much!! My friend eats ranch with everything you can imagine, she just absolutly loves ranch!! If ranch were not invented I would probably not eat salad because that is the only thing I have to have ranch on!! As for the steak well my dad who basically don't like any foods likes steak!! I also like steak with bbq sauce and a patato dish on the side Yumm!! You are not the only person who doesn't like ranch and steak but there are definitely more that like those then don't!! I think you are CRAZY for not liking ranch dressing. I live and breath for ranch dressing - lol.
BUT, I totally agree with you on the steak. Ever since I was a kid, I always had trouble eating it. It always was too chewy and felt like it took five years to be swallowed. Half the time, I would just spit it out.
Now that I'm older, when I do order steak (which is not very often), I like it medium to rare. Quite frankly, steak isn't that tasty in my opinion, unless you have a bernaise sauce on the side or the like.

I always use Ranch on my salad, it's my fav. Second choice would be a balsamic vinaigrette.
Steak has to be done extra well...but i'm not too fond of steak either. Unless it's chopped steak, which is basically a hamburger.

I don't care much for steaks but when I do eat them I want them well done. As for ranch dressing, I don't eat it on salads but I like it for a dipping sauce. Its good with pizza rolls, cheese sticks, vegetable platters, etc. I eat Italian dressing on my salad.

Ranch is OK, but would not be my first choice or even second for that matter, I like burgers not a steak fan, unless its bleeding all over my plate.

I don't have a problem with ranch, although balsamic vinagrette is more my style... Honey mustard is good too!
As for steak, love it! Rare, but not the the point of "Moo"...
My husband likes it still mooing though. (but then he also likes steak tartare, so you can't really go by his tastes...LOL)
And good for you not caring what your friends think. You eat what's good for you, let them make their own choices too.

I dont mind ranch dressing sometimes....but i HATE steak, i caint stand it, and i refuse to eat it. My boyfriend is the same way. So don't worry you're not alone!!! : )

If ranch dressing didn't exist i would just have blue cheese dressing or italian dressing. Even if people think u are weird for not liking it it's your right to like or dislike whatever u want.

i love ranch salad dressing!!!! but each to his own right?
i dont eat steak that often, i much prefer chicken if we eat out.
i only like my steak bbq'd!
if ranch werent invented...wow! i dont know i hoenstly do eat alot of ranch salad dressing....probaably...caesar or italian vinegrette!
