Three explorers are captured by a tribe in the Amazon jungle. The chief is going to punish the intruders. He calls the first explorer to the front of the tribe and asks, "Death or Booka?!". Well the explorer doesn't want to die, so he opts for booka. The tribe starts screaming BOOKA! and dancing around. the cheif then rips the explorers pants off and screws him in the bumm.

The cheif calls the second explorer to the front and asks, "Death or Booka?!". Well not wanting to die either, he opts for booka. The tribe again starts screaming BOOKA! and dancing around. The cheif rips the second guys pants off and screws him in the bumm

The chief calls the third explorer to the front and asks, "Death or Booka?!". Well the third guy has a little more self respect and thinks death would be better than being violated in front of hundreds of tribesman, so he opts for death. The chief turns to the tribe and screams "DEATH BY BOOKA!"

I was approved for a loan by a mortgage broker. The closing date is set for September 14th.

My info is in an underwriters hands, and I hear it can be tough to get their approval. Does anyone know the reasons why someone would not close on a house?

I'm a college sophomore at a university in Southern Louisiana, and basically I'm miserable. I've grown up here, a lot of my friends are here, but I want to go elsewhere. I want to move on...soon. My university has been knowingly getting worse due to budget cuts since Katrina, and I've essentially matured much faster than my school can keep up with. Many things are trivial and uninspired and it's wearing me out. I'm willing to pay out of state tuition for a couple years to finish my degree at a better college in a better place. I want to go somewhere liberal. Help me out on this one...thanks.

Last year my boyfriend helped me take out a large student loan for school and he signed as the primary instead of the co-signer. I have been making the payments on the loan however all of the money has been spent...it is all gone. He took out the loan for me thinking I would only spend it on school tuition and in fact i used it on living expenses as well. I take responsibility in deceiving him and wish the whole thing had never happened. However I have no problem continuing to just pay on the loan but he wants his name off of it since the loan was used in ways he wasnt aware of and didnt sign accordingly for. Is there a lawsuit he can take up with me to take his name off of the account? Is there a legal agreement we can come to that says I am completely responsible for it? What type of lawyer would I speak to about this?
