how do i make myself stand out 2 the coach i made it so no more cuts and is the 1st game scary???

I'm trying to become a waitress to help pay for college... What is the best way to make good tips? I can be pretty shy at times, so I know I need to work on that, but what else can I do?
I need all the help I can get...and I know it helps to be pretty! lol..I should probably work on that, too. LOL!

There was a blonde,a burnette,and a redhead.They were staranded in the desert.They all chose on thing to take with them to survive.The burnette chose water.
"Why'd you choose water?"asked the blonde and redhead.
"Just in case I get thirsty."she answered.The two other girls thought that was a reasonable choice.

The the redhead chose some food.
"Why'd you choose food?"asked the blonde and brunette.
"Just in case I get hungry."she replied.The two girls thought that was a reasonable choice also.

Lastly the blonde ripped off the car door and annonced that was her choice.
Confused the redhead and brunette asked:
"Why the HECK did you bring the door?"
The blonde thought a moment then said:
"Just in case I got hot I could roll the window down."

Why is it that Michale Vick is staying in the news over killing dogs, but those who harm children do not stay in the news?
Why is it that people are out for blood {so to speak} over this, change the channel when a child is molested or killed?

Have we put animals above the Human Race?
Now, not in any way do I agree with what he did, but he did not harm any children, but will more than likely serve more time than some child molesters will, what are your thoughts on this issue

I've been working at my job for almost a year.

Every year we have 10 FED (sick days) & 10 vacation days. I had a bad flu this year, yet i had a doctor's note to prove it. They counted it in my 10 FED days. then a couple other times i tried to get time off by useing my vacation days but they wouldn't let me so there goes the rest of my FED days.

I still have 10 vacation days but when i asked to use them MONTHS PRIOR i get a "No" or a stupid excuse.

I have a friend coming from the UK and want to take off just 2 days to go visit her. I haven't seen her in years. Of course, they would not let me use my vacation days. They told me i NEED a doctor's note. I'm not surprised.

I was just wondering if there's any way for me to somehow get time off work? any excuse? pretend i'm sick and get a doctor's note? Sorry, i'm determined. =P

Of course, this job isn't my career and i'm just saving up for University.

We moved our fish from one room to another and since then they haven't been the same. They are not eating, moody, not swimming around, and one fatality has occured.
Any ideas as to what might be causing this alarming situation?
The move itself was on Friday, so less then a week.

i consider myself a low scale hypochondriac. its not like i always think i have cancer or anything like that, its just that i constantly worry about getting things like colds and stomach flus. it started 2 yrs ago when i was coughing blood, and i told mysel fi would never get sick again. plus i am a very serious swimmer and even a small cold will affect my training a lot. some things i do now are: take 2 echinacea pills a day, take 2 calcium supplements a day, and take 2 gnc "mega teen " tablets a day (26 vitamins) i am also a germaphobic and use purel like its oxygen! but i still worry a lot about getting sick (yes maily because of swimming and i wont be able to go on a training trip in the winter if im sick) and because i hate feeling like s h i t. so what else can i do to not get acold/flu/virus/anything? i kow most 17 yr olds shouldnt be like this but im not your average 17 yr old.

There have been more postings of poetry requesting for honest opinions and critiques, and then when polite, and honest suggestions and opinions are given, the poster then becomes defensive and mean and then selects the ego stroke’s for “Best Answer”.

i've never had absolutely horrible skin, but i have a couple flaws that i would definately like to clear up, especially before school (have like five days!) i use the clinique three step system which seems to work. but i tend to have a lot of blackhead on my nose and chin and between my eyebrows. i don't know how to get rid of them i've tried every product out there. any suggestions?
