I was curious about a possible allergy to Anticoagulants. I tried to donate plasma at the local red cross, and during the process I got extremely cold and started shaking. They stopped the process. The supervisor who talked to me after said its possible allergy to Anticoagulants or lack of calcium possibly. At that time I had very little calcium in my diet, and now its much better. I would like to register as a bone marrow donor or do other donation methods besides whole blood. Is there a way to test if the allergy is what caused the reaction a few years ago, or if anyone has any other insight in the matter.

My friends and I saw a small wind farm where we live in upstate New York and someone inquired why all the towers weren't spinning at the same time. One of my friends, who is known for telling the most outlandish stories, said they stop some of them to make the wind farms more effiecient because it prevents one tower from 'stealing' wind from another tower. Common sense, and an engineering degree, tells me this guy is a moron. I also did some searching online and found nothing about increasing efficiency by operating at half capacity. I guess this really isn't a question because I know he's an idiot but if there is anyone who works with these plants to back me up and confirm his stupidity that would be great. Thanks.

Im a week late and Im planning on giving it another week b4 testing.....I have been felling weird lately...major nasuea, tired, minor breast soreness, and a lil dizzy sometimes. I have mild pcos and have been taking metformin 4 a month and a half.

Just wanted to hear a few success stories from being on Metformin.....How long were you on it b4 you became pregnant???

**For those of you that dont know..Metformin is not just for Diabetics...its for pcos patients too**

I was at the beach yestorday and got a really bad sunburn on my whole back... I never really burn places other then my face. I keep putting aleo gel on it to cool it down but it doesnt last long I cant even sit back on a chair lol and I have a 3 hour flight tomorrow...
