God has been there for me when people have not.

1. He promoted me on my job and gave me the wisdom to do the job. I felt others were more qualified. Yet I succeeded where He placed me, and received many rewards.

2. I have never gone hungry, without clothing or shelter, no matter how poor we were in the past.

3. I am so blessed financially that I can't stand it. God knew that I was a giver and so through my blessings from Him, I can now bless others.

4. I have relatively good health. Others cannot say that. God knew that I would have to take care of my aging mom.

5. God in his goodness and mercy, reached down to me when I was in despair, a sinner lost in sin, and loved me, adopted me into His family through Jesus Christ our Lord. I will, therefore, dwell in the house of the Lord forever.

What more can I ask for in this life?

Yes, definitely!
I've learned his name, his purpose for mankind, and am no more
someone who is carried away by every belief. He has taught me the Bible well so that I can check every expression from people to know if it is from God Word. Because of knowing the truth about him I have true peace and a true hope for the future.

Jesus said at John 17:3 in prayer to his heavenly Father the night before his death and concerning his disciples : " This means everlasting life, their taking in knowledge of you, the only true God, and of the one whom you sent forth, Jesus Christ."

It means your everlasting life, so it is vital that you come to know the true God. In the King James Bible look up Psalms 83:18 for it will show you his name. This is Jesus' Father and his God also as shown at John 20:17.

Friday, we were behind a car on the motorway when it's tire blew out. Our van has scratches and a minor dent, but no one was hurt. Considering that this was on the M4 just outside of Windsor and traffic was heavy, it was truly an act of God that no one was hurt and that we were the only two cars involved.

God is always giving us the best, If we don't think it is that way it is because we think our lives should be a certain way other than what really is.
