It is not mandatory. It really is up to the female. Unless a guy is REALLY good at making her feel good. Then I suppose it would be hard not to moan. But not because of hormones! Just because she's feeling good. You don't go "Yuuuummm" When your eating because your hormones are telling you to. You do it to let other people you're enjoying yourself.

I have found that women sounds so different when in the throes of sexual enjoyment that I would be hard to come up with a spelling that would fit all of them.
